Used twice now, brilliant service, well explained and highly recommend.

These guys came out to us the day before Christmas eve at short notice and sorted our drains super quickly and efficiently. We are a church so needed it sorted before a busy couple of days of visitors. Even better is they did not charge us! Thank you so much. Highly recommend. Very friendly and prompt!

Michael did a great job sorting out a sporadic drain smell in our house that we had experienced for a couple of years. We had someone else in who failed to find it but within 30 minutes of arriving Michael had identified the problem in the most unlikeliest of places,a rogue connection to the drain, and capped it off. No more smell - we can't thank you enough. This is a great little family business, Michael clearly knows his stuff and is a really nice guy to deal with. We will recommend to all our friends. Great company - Installed liner on rest bend and installed a non return valve in sewer line. Michael was very knowledgeable and very helpful when lining a broken rest bend in the soil pipe under the house - so not the easiest job in the world. He was polite, tidy, kept us informed at all times and was able to fit us in quickly. Thoroughly recommended.

Michael was polite and punctual. He cleared our mysterious blockage with little trouble .
He advised that extra work might need to be carried out but suggested that it probably was not necessary.
So nice not to have a hard sell on work which was not really required

Mike did a video survey of the pipes/ drains in my house before starting a renovation project. He was punctual and extremely helpful explaining the (rather complex and old) connections, ways to improve the flow and avoid future damage, and detecting severe damage from tree roots in my front garden.

He communicated all the findings to my builder manager and myself, and a full report was emailed later on the same day.

His fee was very reasonable and I think money very well spent.

We had an issue with a drain backing up into our shower. Michael was very thorough when assessing the issue and our drainage setup. Called Flow Fast to clear our blocked drains and they were able to come out at short notice. We didn't realise the scale of the problem and that our pipework layout made it very difficult to access, but Michael was able to shift the blockage (Huge buildup of old yucky fat!) after a couple of hours using a variety of tools at his disposal.

Would recommend him highly as he was punctual, professional, gave sound advice and ultimately was able to complete the job.

Brilliant service, very efficient

January 2024. Michael attended for a pre-arranged visit to prevent the repeat of the issue dealt with (very promptly, on a bank holiday too) over the Christmas period. The site was left very tidy, photographic evidence was provided of before and after condition of the main drain, showing blockage by tree roots, now cleared.
Very polite, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Good to use a local business too. Thank you.
