Had a few flat viewings with Jacob and he was excellent. Punctual and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic when it came down to moving out- good communication, smooth return of deposit, timely inspection and instructions on how they want to get the keys back. Very positive! Whilst I was living in the property it took a bit of nudging to get a radiator fixed but once they’ve sent a man to repair it, it was all done in one day. So overall, not a bad experience.

The Team at Kingsdene have been so helpful with arranging my new tenancy, making the process as smooth as possible. Charley was particularly helpful not only with the viewing for the property but also with the referencing process, making the experience as easy as possible.
