Bloodsuckers do not sign sole agent

I used this company to sell my lodge in August 2021,l signed a sole agent agreement in good faith for 12months.
It cost me £1800 just for them to advertise, they put the wrong postal address, for 3 months. I had to advertise them.
They had no enquiries so after 9 months l tried to cancel sole agent agreement without success
I then found another agent who sold my lodge in 2 months. Kinghomes found this out and have been harrising me ever since to date.
I was threatened court and went to mediation and now have to pay them £5000.
For nothing.
Do not have anything to do with this company they are bloodsuckers.
