Charlie and Ryan came to install the K5 water filter. Explained everything very clearly, installed the filter quickly and cleared everything away. Fantastic service!

Reese let me know a 2 hour slot for when he would arrive the day of the appointment. It wasn’t good news as a part needed replacing. Otherwise he was professional and explained everything. He left the area tidy. A good experience.

We had Charlie visit us for a service after our (very old) water softener was overflowing. While here, we also asked about water purifiers.

Charlie was professional throughout and clearly knowledgable about both the softener and water purifier. He took the time to talk us through options for both, and at no point did we feel like it was a forced sales pitch.

After deciding to make a commitment, we requested that it be Charlie specifically that is the one to return and install / change, given our positive experience and confidence that the return visit would yield similar results.

Reece has been to do the annual service on my water softener today. As last year, he texted early this morning to give an estimated time of arrival, he was punctual and very polite during his visit. He did a brilliant job in servicing the water softener and identified a couple of issues which he fixed without the need for replacement parts. Thanks Reece.

Water softener had its first service today, Reese was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful and really credit to Kinetico.
In the past have always had electric driven softener, but the new one works on water used,I wasn't sure how it worked,I asked Reese and he spent time to explain, he also sorted out the kink in the overflow pipe.
Very happy with service would not hesitate to recommend.

Has my water softener system been serviced today by Reece. He tested the whole system and found that an issue related to calibration was set too low during the initial installation. He talked me through the findings in a simple way, as well as carried out the necessary tests to set the correct calibration for the system.

I have purchased Kinetico Kube One and it developed a fault. It sometimes can happen to any device. What was most important is that Kinetico picked up warranty job quickly and resolved issue without problem. Big thanks to Connor and Reece, who identified an issue and replaced the faulty part.
I definitely can recommend Kinetico Water Softeners. Now when everything works, they are very efficient devices!!

New unit fitted today to replace very old previous of different make. Thomas fitted it in a timely and very tidy manner. Explained any questions I had and was a very pleasant chap with a professional approach. An asset to your company that you need to keep hold of !
