Kiiroo is awesome. They have high quality devices that are better than other brands I have tried. I love their interactive toys. I got the Keon masturbator and it is the best toy I have ever had. The interactive features make it so much fun and it is easy to connect and use. You can use it manually with the buttons on the side that make it easy to change the speed and length of strokes, or you can connect it to videos online. It took me less than 5 minutes to download the app and connect it and it makes the toy way more fun! It is super easy to clean too. Overall a high quality and awesome device. Definitely want to check out other devices they have now too.

Very cool device. It feels amazing and it'll definitely get the job done. It's easy to use if you know how to pair Bluetooth devices.
I enjoy all of the cool options and 'interactive' mode that let's you experience the product in a more realistic way.
The battery is the only negative. It doesn't last long, and takes forever to charge.

It was a very nice addition to our collection of play products. Amazing feel, love the customization of stroke and speed. The interactivity is very good. There are two things that I don't care for, one is the fact that it is kind of loud it seems like it need some oil or internal lube, haha, and the second is the linking to other websites even the ones mentioned in the box, are a little strange to link to device. but on that note, the web experience is still cool. need to dive deeper into the digital interactivity of solo play.

This is my first experience with such a device. It arrived in non marked packaging which is nice, no one wants their neighbors seeing their power stroker sitting on their porch. I charged it up and watched some YT videos. First use was unsuccessful to climax. However it did help get the party started. It’s bulky, not too noisy and has different functions. The sleeve seemed to loose for me, not enough grip and warming it prior should have helped. I didn’t try any of the VR functions… yet.

This is quite the interesting device. It comes with a trial link for some linked content, and you can also find linked vids on places like PH.
Set up is very easy and the QR sync worked flawlessly for me.
Follow the instructions and fully charge before use. I didn’t, and it’s not a device you want to die mid-use if you understand my point lol
Pros:
- Easy to set up
- Simple manual controls
- Very fun interactive experiences
- Easy to clean
Cons:
- Weight/size (the stroked motor is quite large)
- Difficult for discreet storage due to size
- Lack of additional functions like squeezing or temp control
All in all, this is a great product and I promise it will work for what you’re buying it for ;)

Just recieved this device earlier today and i followed set up process in manual and was able to turn it on and pair to bluetooth. but since i left it to charge a few hours ago the red light turned off. it does not charge or have any power to turn on. less than 4 hours into owning it and its broken... Thats insane. I emailed the company about what to do and am waiting on a resoonse. It doesnt make any sense. im using the charging cord it came with. Hope there is either a fix or a refund for this issue. Order Number: 47404951 ref# 170915

Decided to try the Kiiroo Pulse Solo Interactive.
It connects right away to Bluetooth, but then loses the connection after just a few seconds.
I’ve tried it a dozen times since I got it with the same results.
Is it defective? Am I doing something wrong?

Edit: Found that if the phone is left on/open to the FeelConnect app it works, but does not work in the ‘background’ with the phone off or running other apps.

I ordered my products (Fuse and Onyx+) in November. The Onyx+ worked well but the Fuse didn't.
The issue with the Fuse appears to be a common concern. Upon receiving the device, despite following the directions, the device does not connect to FeelConnect 3.0. I spoke with customer service, sent them a video once I figured out how to convert it to a size that my email could send, and the company sent me a new device.
Unfortunately, the new device had the same issue. I began the conversation with support again and they wanted a second video highlighting the issue with both devices. By this point I stopped caring and never sent the video. I hoped it would be a functionality issue with the app or maybe my phone and a fix would eventually be identified.
On a positive note, since I wrote my first review Kiiroo contacted me and provided the option of either a refund or replacement with another device. I chose the replacement which functions perfectly. It was explained that the issue was in the Bluetooth technology in the Fuse device. I greatly appreciate that they took the time to make things right.

Re: Onyx+ I am exactly average in length and girth, so this device should have fit perfectly for me. My wife and I tried this device recently, both with the small and regular inner sleeves. There was absolutely no sensation of stroking whatsoever--at least none that I could detect. I could feel the slight vibrations of the motor, but nothing else. This felt like a large waste of money. Would not recommend.

Got my product home and noticed missing pieces. And registration code for the warranty would not work. Contacted customer service about both issues. 3 days later I get emailed .and he gave me a new code which fixed that issue but never addressed the fact it was unusable and ended the chat before I got any answers..almost 300$ and can't even use it and will be another 3-5 days before I hear back...kinda regretting it

The first product I bought was Onyx+, unfortunately the product was faulty, but the service staff of kiiroo company contacted me as soon as possible and promised to send me a new product, and I am from Taiwan, even if needed It takes more than 15days to received it, but Mr. Drew's sincere service makes me feel that Kiiroo's service to customers is very professional and sincere. The Octopuss is a great device. It helps resolve an ED condition I have. I was disappointed when it would no longer hold a charge after 6 months. Fortunately, the people at Kiiroo replaced it at no cost when I showed them the problem. Thanks Kiiroo.

So in short what happened in the beginning:
Product I received did not work as advertised. They wanted me to film it first before I could return it. My experience with any other company I ever made business with is that you can just return the item to receive your refund/replacement but here a difficult video uploading procedure is required. Ok, it is what it is. Made the video and uploaded it and was then accused of 'editing the length' of the video which basically implied I was trying to trick them and was requested to make yet another new video. Keep in mind that running a device for 20 minutes or half an hour plus uploading it etc. all takes quite a lot of your free time away. Horrible customer experience. I was forced to reserve legal steps and keep the option open to have my bank intervene here as well.
Then, a manager at the company reached out to me who finally took this seriously. Instead of asking for yet another video, he arranged a pick-up of the faulty device for me free of charge. It took a bit more than two weeks when he contacted me again where he told me that the device was indeed faulty (no surprise) and offered me a replacement plus a choice of a bonus item free of charge which I interpreted as a step of good faith to amend and restore the shattered customer experience. Communication with the manager was really great, the product came with the free-of-charge bonus item, even the package smelled good and it all works now!
They really hit the emergency breaks hard after realizing what their customer service reps first messed up. For now, I cannot give more stars but I would perhaps need more devices I could link with my girlfriend for long-distance purposes. I am hesitant yet to buy again but might give it a shot since I don't think my device can be linked with devices from other companies. What could sway me to buy again is the fact that the manager was really exceptional in resolving this. Customer reps tho are try-hards of following SOPs without case-to-case interpretation and decision-making.

Had a minor issue (mine, not theirs.) They responded lightning fast with a non-boilerplate email and very friendly and willing to help! Contrast that with any of the tech companies I've dealt with over the years.

Ordered a product email say product was shipped usps tracking say they don't have it I ordered on Thursday and got the shipping email later that day so to day is Saturday and usps says waiting for item and when I check on there web site it says fulfilled? I will cancel order and go with a reliable company I will have to file a dispute with credit card which was charged a cleared. I have usps for proof orde 92542I also see you do not reply for 5 day this just goes to show you are a fraud that you take people's money then do not ship
