This is all very high spec at a very reasonable price. If only every business was run as efficiently as this. It is such a pleasure doing business with them, so helpful and polite. This is always the first site I go to when looking for something for my Grandchildren.

Full bodied giraffe
Wow, what can I say...no negatives whatsoever only positives :-) after my son bringing home Gerry the giraffe for a weekend he was upset that Gerry had to return to school on Monday so we quickly ordered our own giraffe which we named Gerry as well as the impact the schools one had on my son was amazing, he was calmer at home and he slept in his own bed lol all weekend with Gerry which was brilliant. Gerry arrived in time well packaged and the ribbon finish was just excellent. The communication couldn't of been any better either. We will be using this company again and highly recommend it to anyone :-)

Above and Beyond Customer Service
I ordered a gift which wasn’t a high order amount and there was a delay in posting that I was informed about. In the end they went to the extra expense of sending it special delivery to arrive in time which I was very relieved about. Many Companies would have let me down instead. They put a lot of effort in to making sure they met my expectations. The item itself was beautifully wrapped and extremely well packaged. I would definitely recommend this Company to anyone and will return myself.

I found this website while looking for a very specific toy. My daughter lost her little comfort toy and this was the only place that I could find it at a reasonable price. I had my reservations as I had never heard of the company before.
I communicated this to Becki who was absolutely amazing! She really put my mind at ease and getting the item so quickly has really made my daughter very happy! So thankyou very much for all your help and time. Excellent service and would 100% recommend to anyone.
