Very dishonest company

Very dishonest company
I have two boys and I used to order every 12 weeks, last time one of the boxes didn’t arrive so I proceeded to email them, they asked me to file a police report so I would not be charge…wait !!! A police report?, yes they insisted they even sent me a link to file a police report in the city of Chicago where I reside, I explained to them that we have cameras and there is not even motion at the time they said they delivered the box, after sending emails back and forth I received a picture of where the box was left, they left it at the wrong address and I even sent them pics of my building to prove it, but they still asked to file a police report which i refused to do, to this day they still send me emails letting me know that I have not paid for the box and I should do it
I canceled both subscriptions and they were willing to lose a client that spends $1200/ year on their boxes just because they’re too lazy to call the carrier and file a claim
I would not be surprised if they sue me or something…yuck
Save yourself the trouble, don’t buy anything from them

Horrible Cancellation Process

The company makes you jump through hoops to cancel your account, their customer service is only open from 8-4 CST M-F making it near impossible for a person who works during the day to get through to them. It definitely feels like they are intentionally making it difficult to cancel and scam their customers. Very poor. I would absolutely NEVER recommend them, due to this.

The clothing choices were fine, I didn't think they were very high quality. Materials were itchy, stitching didn't look great. My child liked some of the styles, but the prices were high. We kept one pair of boots, one dress, and a hair clip for $83. I would not have paid that much for these items in a store, and I probably could have found a higher quality brand for the prices I paid. The experience of getting the box was fun for my child. I would have considered trying this again in the future but will no longer do so due to their absurd cancellation practices.

Terrible

Terrible. Took my money even though I returned my items and are saying it’s over 2 weeks before I can get a refund. Clothes are all very expensive and not that great of quality. Do not recommend. Prices are way to high:

My account was canceled for no unexplained reason to why?

So I subscribe for my children as a new customer for this company that advertised kids subscription boxes ,however; after setting up each subscription for each child I found out the next day or two that it was canceled …each subscription was canceled I don’t know why ,but; I do know that I have money in my bank account that I afford to pay for and purchases clothes on and off line I just figured let’s try out this advertisement that this company have listed I’m so used to buying my kids clothes from in stores then online.. for this company to advertise they didn’t give me the opportunity nor the chance to spend my hard earned money with.. They’ve parents like me new customers who aren’t aware of coming on to subscribe and this company canceling new subscribing for no explanation reason to why? I have one email from a person named Toni after I had emailed support this person still didn’t give me any reason why kidpik canceled each subscription this was all they had to say to me in email response on writing to tell me that I “they unfortunately weren’t unable to approved my account at this time we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience “!

which was ridiculous at this point they still haven’t specific to why it wasn’t approved I didn’t even know that I had to be approved after they’ve took my credit card payment information whatsoever you can’t even delete your payment that you gave them on this account to begin with or even make changes that’s also what makes so misleading as well and I’m glad that they’ve lost a potential customers like me .. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my family and friends to subscribe and support them . I just google to find all the reviews and how so much negative feedback responses coming from others is sad.. they have this advertisement mostly positive reviews on their website is falsely misleading a lot people into this company.. beware of this coming from company who is selling not much variety of clothing they act like they’re on some stitch fixes children place i just want that useless account deleted and never end up ever doing business with this terrible company who didn’t give people like me the opportunity and I am Thankful that .

Update: I have received email back from the same agent Toni now stated the reason why my subscription was canceled in their system it was Flagged as fraudulent now I’m looking at this company for their error cause early in the email this same agent Toni didn’t asked me for my account information nor stated the reason why It was canceled wrote me off as simply being unapproved only failed to realize that could simply took care if this matter in timely manner instead of writing me off …they’ve wasn’t acknowledging nor being any assistance that they had a new subscriber in their hands .. The crazy thing if that’s even remotely true about their system flagging for fraudulent activity.. even my own bank that I have set up alert etc with would have notified me of something suspicious and fraudulent.. still I’m no longer interested in their services now that they want to fix things which is beyond me at this point … their company overall seems bit fraudulent cause their lack of communication to their customers/subscribers .. in,which; I’ve never heard of a company that advertised subscription boxes that you have to be approved it’s unheard of ..all the subscription companies that I have myself been apart of I’ve never in my entire life making this very clear experience these kinds of issues so with that being said as well hearing the negative reviews responses from others where they lack customer service overall is true I don’t want to end up in no type of situation dealing with the likes of this company from then on ..those poor / bad negative feedbacks coming from others that I’ve read is a red flag..

I ordered my daughter and son a box

I ordered my daughter and son a box. My daughter's clothes didn't even come close to matching what I specified on her profile. I returned all of them. My son liked his clothes. But the shoes literally started coming apart within 1 week. To cancel you have to call a 1-800 number but so far they haven't answered one time within their working hours.

Their sizing is way off!

Their sizing is way off! I ordered size 7/8 pants for my niece and they were way too big so ordered size 5/6 and they are TINY!!! I missed the time window on the first order so I got right on it to send the tiny pants back and haven’t been able to get the right info to do it:( This company should be ashamed but that’s doubtful 🤨

Phenomenal Service!

My children are obsessed with receiving kidpik boxes! Such an easy way to shop for multiple children. Takes the stress away of dragging my kids to a store and the clothes are so cute!

I order from kidpik a shoe that was…

I order from kidpik a shoe that was multi color shoe for my daughter school event. This company sent me a whole different shoe. I even send a picture of my order to proof the choosing of the shoe that I order for. They deny that I order the shoes . I ask for my money back they say they will not give me a refund. So I am stuck with some shoes that will not go with the outfit that I bought for my daughter for her school event. Now I have to spend more money and time looking for another pair of shoes. This is so unfair.

Love this subscription!!!

We have been getting kidpik boxes for our 4yo daughter monthly for about 2 years now. Our daughter gets so excited when her box arrives and loves picking out her outfits. Returns and exchanges are easy, if we don't like something we just send it back, but 95% of the time we keep the whole box and get the 30% discount. We just signed up our 2yo daughter, love getting the cute outfits they send. The quality and prices are great, and it saves us so much time.

Less than 1 star

Less than 1 star would be more accurate. Their policies contradict each other, the clothing was awful (couldn't even keep one piece) and customer service talks in circles and tries to just save face.

Bogus charges

First off I want to tell you that I can not figure out how to leave a review on their website. So that right there should tell you something. I see lots of positive reviews but I can’t leave a negative one. Very interesting. I had two subscriptions, one for each of my daughters. I sent both bags back at the same time, two days after we received it. I wasn’t charged for one bag, but they charged me for the 2nd bag, Minus one clothing item that was magically placed in my other daughters bag. Just so you all know, if you keep everything in the bag it’s heavily discounted. So I find it odd that one, they charged me for a bag that I returned (customer service stated they see the bag is in transit still) and 2nd I got charged full price because one item was not with the rest. I question why they would charge me if they can see my bag was mailed, and why would they not wait until it’s received. Also I cancelled this subscription this month then was charged a week later. Hmmm….

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. Scammed me out of $40 for nothing, and they won't refund the "styling fee" these people are ridiculous, do not use them. Better off using stitch fix!!

Beware of the pricing, bait and switch

I was very disappointed in the bait and switch. They advertise 7 items at $14 each your 1st Box is 50% off. You get an additional 30% off for keeping the Box. NOT TRUE! I was charged $82? Very shady I will definitely not be using this service.

They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. So you have to email a representative and WAIT TIL THEY RESPOND. I returned my kidpik box SAME DAY IT WAS DELIVERED. & YOU CANT CANCEL ANY ORDER ONCE ITS PROCESSING. SO THEY MADE IT GET DELIVERED AFTER I'VE TRIED CANCELING. SO I RETURNED SAME DAY AND STILL WAS CHARGED $40. I'm not sure why this company charges customers to SEND KIDPIK THEYRE CRAPPY CLOTHES BACK. Then the box is actually $200 RIGHT AFTER you order your 1st box. The 1st box was barely $70! And THATS HOW THEY GET YOU... STEALING FROM PEOPLE DURING THESE HARD TIMES. YOU can literally buy these clothes from Old Navy OR Walmart and get way more.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! I sent back all the clothes in the package provided and they still charged me almost $60 for a dress, a cheaply made bracelet and a pair of pants I never kept. Couldn't get any help from customer service either. They wouldn't even send me the clothes they claimed I kept so I'm out $60 and nothing to show for it. They will steal from you and don't even care! Beware! Shop somewhere else.

Quality has plummeted in the past 2…

Quality has plummeted in the past 2 years. Value is poor. 3x I was on vacation during delivery and had to eat the cost of the entire box (since we missed the return window). Canceling is a NIGHTMARE. Can't just cancel online, you have to call. Every time I call, I get a recording saying they are busy and to try again (and no option to leave a voicemail).

I am so so bummed to write this review…

I am so so bummed to write this review , it has nothing to do with the clothes…I loved everything they sent my 2 year old and it was nice to get the variety I would never do on my own (I stick to what I know haha) why I’m annoyed is their lack of customer service or lack of care for what is the issue, it’s clearly a small company since I keep getting the same robot rep Michelle , and upon looking at other complaints she is the only one responding I guess! So understandably she is not invested in anyone but that doesn’t bode well for a company like this. I want to continue with them but feel it’s not in anyone’s best interest that a company like this should be successful when they can’t treat their customers well
I had so many issues with delivery so I told her I will likely cancel and she responded you can do that now , I mean wow, I don’t want you to chase me but at the same time it could be less cold bye bi*** bye ? Anyways if your looking for super cute clothes for your child, I suggest trying your local children’s boutique, at least they will greet you with a smile when you walk in and out, certianly won’t Slam the door behind you!
