They started failing to loyal customers

This is base in an email I sent them. It said: "Usually the way we receive the order is in a beautiful box, well packed, clothes unwrapped from the plastic bag where the clothes come and beautifully and well packed with a tissue paper including my son's name. This is the second time we receive a mailing plastic bag, without any wrap paper, without his name on it and the clothes in their original plastic bags. For me that is unacceptable. If Kidpik is selling these boxes personalized, with their names, with a wrap paper and ready for the kids to open it and to enjoy the unpack process, why the company did not do it this time the same way? Kidpik has videos of marketing selling this boxes in a beautiful and fun way and just failed with this box. My son was in shock with a horrible mailing bag and with everything like the packing person did not care about the kids and the way it was delivered. If I start receiving the packages so terrible and horrible packages from now on, I will cancel the subscription. I have been a customer for more than 3 years and the company needs to care about their faithful and loyal customers. This was unacceptable and very irresponsible from the stylish and the rest of the team involved in the process.I don't want to see my son's face again disappointed." I hope this gives you an idea of why I give them 3 stars.

Buyer beware or stay away all together

Buyer beware or stay away all together! They sent over hideous out of style clothes. I would never style my child like a clown let alone punky Brewster in all kinds bright colors mismatched items. Then no warning on the mystery bag on you can’t return the items. So I was stuck with them. I ended up donating them since my child refused to wear anything inside the bag - there went $150. The regular bag we only kept a head band, a skirt and a shirt the frankly were over priced for the quality and sent back the rest as the items too were terrible so there went my discount. I was excited to try this out since I have stitch fix and wanted my child to have their own box. But this was a total fail!

Cheap quality shoes…

The clothing is unique in comparison to other kid outlets, but watch out for those shoes. Cheap quality that fall apart after a couple months. My kid was embarrassed at school when the entire sole flopped off.
I wanted to leave a review on the product on the Kidpik site but there wasn't an option. Def not worth $60.

robbed

I received an order from them at the beginning of April 2024. I returned all of the items on April 23. I was charged on Oct 28th of this year for the entire order totaling $148. I contact the company several times letting them know that they either needed to refund me my money or mail me back the items that I returned. I like most people do not enjoy paying for a product that I don't have. The company simply said that they will do nothing more regarding this order and that I need to take it up with my bank. They didn't do anything to address the issue or engage in a conversation at all so for them to say they will do nothing more when they did nothing to begin with is meaningless. I talked on the phone with a woman who said she was the manager. However, she was on script the whole time as if she was a level one consumer service rep. They did not acknowledge the 6 month delay or seem to think that that was unacceptable. Costumers should not be hit from the side 6 months after a return with the company taking money out of their account. I feel robbed and I feel disrespected by the lack of care from the staff at Kidpik. You can't say you care about your costumers but stay on script repeating the same nonsense as if you are a robot as they explain the wrong that occurred.

I don’t know why Kidpik didn’t help me , the currier wants to assist me by investigating but Kidpik refused introduce the file claim.

And my order was not received. I’m so disappointed and frustrated. Please help me what can I do ?!

Poor quality, Customer service non-existent

Poor quality. The clothing is cheaply made. I kept everything in the first box and literally every item had holes in it after being worn 2-3 times. I just want to cancel my surgery and I can't get it done without jumping through hoops and calling a number that never gets a refund or connection to a live person.... I don't want to keep sending back boxes. I just want them to stop sending them and delete my account.

DON"T BUY FROM THEM

We've been subscribers for a long time but the quality and appearance of the clothing isn't good. I had some credit left so I bought a pleather skater dress. My daughter loved it so much, she wore it before I even washed it. So, imagine our surprise when it promptly got runs all over it for no reason and the runs turned into holes on the top part of the dress. I contacted KidPik and they responded right away, asking for photos of the damage. I sent the photos and waited. And waited. And waited. In the next five days, I tried calling several times and always got hung up on. I sent countless emails with no response. Now I'm waiting on PayPal to give me my money back since KidPik won't respond. DON"T EVER BUY FROM THEM!

IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL AND BAD QUALITY

I normally try to stay away from leaving scathing reviews, but in the case I feel like it's completely warranted. First, the clothes aren't that great. The ones we've purchased for an obscene amount faded significantly after one use, so 1 on the quality. As far as customer service goes, if I could give this company a negative number for a review I would.
I've already tried to cancel once and they kept sending boxes. I'm currently trying to cancel again. It took me forever to find where to cancel. After FINALLY finding it, and selecting the boxes in order to cancel, I was instructed to call a -800 number and SURPRISE! No one answered. I got a voicemail stating that they were too busy to answer. NEVER AGAIN.

Much ado for nothing.

I ordered two, individual items (rather than a subscription box.) The dresses were stuffed into an envelope. The careless packaging did not reflect quality or transmit a “here is something special” message. I returned the items. They were OK but nothing worth waiting for. The return “process” for non subscription items was difficult to uncover. No one actually answers the phone and email response is slow. I had to purchase a USPS mailer for the return. It is over a month and I have still not received reimbursement. I have emailed them twice in the interim and each time was told that it would be at least three weeks from the time the return was received, without any information specific to my return. No email to confirm receipt. They are very poor communicators, but yet I get 2 to 3 solicitation emails a week encouraging me to buy even more. Their systems and customer service are entirely non-competitive. First and last time I will order from these people.

I love this

I love this. Much better quality than Target. Things tend to be interchangeable. The terms and conditions are right there for you to see. No name brands, it clearly is their brand which if anyone bothered reading would know. I don’t like the shoes they are like the children’s place. I would only buy the flats for girls but sneakers for boys I tend to buy name brand for durability. I will say that returning items is tricky if you needed a different size and that one ends up not fitting. If your child is overweight, it may not work out as this isn’t for husky kids I learned that on my older son. For my 4 year old it was great! Simply cancel or send the box back. They do make it kind of weird to keep partial boxes so I suggest choosing the smallest subscription. I would love if they offered for husky kids.

Terrible Terms of Service and Customer Service

I am utterly disappointed with the terrible terms of service provided by Kidpik! It's absolutely infuriating that they have no insurance on shipments, leaving the burden solely on the customers until the items are in their hands for inspection. Never received the items, but since they shipped them, it's not their problem. This lack of responsibility and disregard for customer satisfaction is absolutely appalling. Kidpik, thanks for nothing but frustration and disappointment. I strongly advise against shopping with them, as their service falls far below acceptable standards. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable and customer-oriented alternative.

Style do not match profile and horrible customer service

But I am selected were usually up for quality and did not match our style at all. And the most recent box, I decided to keep a few things and return others that were nothing well described in our profile. They were going to charge me more to return them to keep the entire box so I wrote to the company and all I did was send me back the terms and conditions. I have immediately cancel my subscription. I have never experienced such poor customer service.

Cute clothes but poor customer service and weird sizing.

I really like the clothes styles at Kidpik but the subscription box is hit or miss. We said my daughter hates purple - yet they sent her a box where the items all had purple! They also sent a box with duplicate items from what we previsously kept but in different colors. The sizing is all over the place. In on item she might wear a 10 the next a 7. Bathings suits run small. Shipping and returns take forever if you want to make exchanges. I ordered clothes that we picked out directly and they took over 2 months to ship and then some were out of stock.

This company is scam!!!!!!

This company is scam!!!!!!! Dont go here. You gonna lose money and time. They gonna charge for everything. They steal your money. I sent the whole package back because my daugther dont like the clothes anymore and she is big, nothing fixed and they seid the didnt received al of the items. Just two. I went to postal office to investigate what happened with the package and they sent everything. I gave proof and they dont care, they changed me $187. This people, this company is extremely Scam. DONT SUBSCRIBE HERE. WASTE OF TIME AND THEY GONNA STEAL YOUR MONEY.

The clothes weren't that great at all- low quality and overpriced for what you're getting. No name brands- just in-house brand clothes. And the kicker is you have to call to cancel a subscription. Save yourself the hassle and don't subscribe.

Similar to other experiences, this company is a nightmare to deal with. They are happy to let you sign up online, but you have to call to cancel and their hours are essentially bank hours.

This was my first experience with them…

This was my first experience with them first I didn't know they did a $20 hold since they didn't do it the first order, but ok whatever. Well, I get the box which is a mix review on that because it wasn't any actual matches just random clothes and a pair of shoes. I kept the whole thing though bc my daughter liked the glasses and the dress and I like the 2 pair of jeans. All that was left was 2 shirts and the shoes and to keep what we like was like $89 but to keep the box it was $96. But I wanted to cancel after this. What I didn't know is that I could not cancel online the same way I signed up and since I was at work I forgot about it until the charge came. It was a Saturday so I could not call then to cancel. Now here months later I'm about to be charged again so I call but of course they are closed for the holidays and I have to wait til after the new year. Finally reached someone and I ask why do they policy not allow you to cancel online and she catches an attitude telling me "well your on the phone with me now, we can cancel" Ma'am that's definitely not what I asked you but ok cancel and nevermind me as a customer again

I ordered a box for each of my kids…

I ordered a box for each of my kids because it had a coupon for 50% off first box. I didn’t receive my box at first and when I told them they said I have to file a police report and they will send out a new one. Then someone dropped it off saying it was delivered to wrong house. I had my kids try the stuff on and then take it off immediately saying they are school clothes. When I realized I had to keep everything if I wanted the discount and decided to return everything since we only liked one or two items. I took pictures of everything because I didn’t trust the company with all bad reviews. What I should have done and recommend if you order, is take pictures before you try on. They said the shoes were worn and I have to pay for them. The pictures they sent me look more dirty than my pictures right before putting in bag. I sent them my pictures they didn’t care. They don’t even tell you they can’t accept them before sending them to back to you. Just a email stating they didn’t receive these items. I asked for before pictures of the shoes because they were sent back in original condition and have not heard back. I opened a BBB claim on this company and invite anyone to do the same. The shoes didn’t match, my daughter kept a dress it fell apart not even 5 hrs wearing it and soles of shoes come out. Badly made products for more than retail store price.
