I gave them 1 star because there isn’t a 0 star. I placed my order 21 days ago and I have still NOT RECEIVED IT. It has supposedly being printing for 20 days. I tried to cancel my order and was told that I couldn’t. I was also told that it would ship on June 5th but I was told that on June 6th. It’s amazing that I was charged right away but my order still hasn’t shipped. Customer Service is a joke. They are not even replying to my emails. Does anyone know who I can contact to report this company? Horrible, just horrible. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered because I wouldn’t of.

We ordered a Quarantine T-Shirt for our granddaughter for graduation, it's bright pink, with black lettering and looks just wonderful. Shirt is of excellent quality and although it took a time to get it, it was well worth the wait. Considering the times we are in, I am amazed that it all worked so well.

Horrible customer service!
Order a shirt 21 days ago and haven't received it yet. On top of that, I sent an email a week ago wondering if they ever ship the item and they didn't even bother replying. Horrible experience and definitely not buying again.

I ordered the quarantined grad shirt for my daughter and she loved it so much. It took awhile to get but it was worth the wait!

I ordered 2 quarantine graduation shirts and a coffee mug on 5/11/20. The coffee mug was shipped promptly. I received it and it is horrible quality. I filed a claim asking for a refund. The claim was reviewed and the response was a reprint would be sent. The shirts are the reason I placed the order. I've called multiple times just to get an automated response saying they will be mailed within 5 business days. It's been more than 5 business days sine I started calling and it still says within 5 business days. I've emailed numerous times. I was told twice that my shirts have already been delivered. Both times i responded and said to look at their own website. Only the coffee mug was delivered. The shirts were never shipped. When I respond with that i am told they are on track to ship within their normal processing time frame. They refuse to give me a date. The time frame that is provided on the website and email is 5-15 business days. It's been more than 15 business days and still nothing. When I reply with that, I get no response. The auto bot that you get when you call says they are experiencing delays due to covid. The shirts are all about covid and were created after covid began. Therefore, they knew about covid and knew about the delays. They should post honest time frames on their website, but they don't. They don't seem honest at all. i doubt I will ever receive the shirts, and I really wanted them. This has been such a disappointing and frustrating experience.

I bought my kindergarten granddaughter a shirt! I’m very pleased with the customer service I received and the amount of time it took to get the shirt and the quality of the shirt was exactly what I expected. This was the first time I ordered from this company and I would order again!! My granddaughter loved her shirt and I loved it too!!

I keep asking where is my order you can’t talk to anyone and I’m negotiating think they are a scam ! I ordered my shirt over a month ago !!! Where the hell is my order !?!?!?

Horrible customer service. I ordered over a month ago and it's still in the printing stages. I've asked for a follow up and i just get a generic feedback that doesn't even explain anything. DO NOT BUY from them, they just take your money and never reply to your emails.

Ordered a preschool graduation shirt for my son May 10.... still printing. They take your money and never give you your order. Don’t buy from them!!!

Ordered two shirts for my kids graduation and nothing. It’s been printing for weeks.

This people are horrible the customer service it’s horrible. I had ordered two shirts and one mug , for my son n my niece graduation.! And I only received the mug and they keep telling me that it ship when it shows on their website that it’s being processed for the two shirts still and the mug got delivered but they keep saying that all items got delivered. This people are a scam and I’m going to report them to my bank because it’s not right that they don’t have customer service phone line they have robots answering emails saying the same things in all emails. Don’t order anything from this company. Very disappointed

I like the shirt I got but I ordered 2 for my grandkids n have heard nothing on them. I ordered them before the one I got but never heard anything on them yet. Thank you

Got my items 5 weeks after ordering. One is completely wrong item. I filled out the claim and was given claim number and told I’d hear back in 72 hours. I have heard nothing nearly a week later.

I placed an order 4/30/20 and as many others haven't received my order yet. This company has let down a lot of people that ordered for kids that weren't able to graduate because of the virus. I think it's a shame you'd take our money and not supply us with our orders. I either need my items shipped or my refund...IMMEDIATELY!! The kids are already disappointed that they can't graduate like normal. And now the disappointment grows because you failed us by failing to produce the items we paid for. I see you have a Facebook page under another name. Nice T shirts. We've Got your Pot of Gold it states. That's funny. You're sitting on the pot of gold...our money. 😡You're scamming people.

I ordered a shirt for graduation about 4 weeks ago and it is saying it is still being printed. I wish I would of known this I would of not of ordered from here. I know it’s delaying shipping due to pandemic but they need to change their website. 5-15 days ?? Bull crap

They do not send the product on times shirt almost for a month and it is not sent, I do not recommend it

NINE weeks, no shirts. Still says printing. Canned responses received from emails sent asking about my order. Partial refund given. :( I ordered MAY 7. TODAY is JULY 8. They won’t cancel and refund fully :(. Status still says printing.

I ordered two shirts for my graduating senior granddaughters for their high school graduation that will not happen, sadly enough. The shirts are exactly as advertised and the pink and red are vibrant and both shirts are perfect! Just like in the pictures only better. Such a great choice to order from. Thank you.

This company or Website is a total SCAM! I ordered a senior T Shirt for my graduating senior almost one month now and I still haven’t receive my order yet. I can’t get any one on the phone to speak to . I’m reporting them to the BBB and getting my money back! Total SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!

It’s a great design n so so cute for all the the class of 2020 preschool graduates to wear it in the virtual graduation. We are so exciting n glad this class can be recognized n be able to participate n celebrate in the pandemic time. Really appreciated this company br able to create the t shirt for all the graduates. Thank you.
