Wish I had read reviews before... ordered May 14 (now June 13). They took my money. No confirmation email- no order number. When I put my email and full name in on their website to ask for my order number, nothing can be found, and I can’t email without an order number. I hope I am wrong but I do believe I was scammed!!!

I ordered 3 shirts and 2 bags.. SIMPLY AMAZING...My nieces and son LOVED their items. I was sent an email with every stage from printing to the item being shipped. Of course Covid 19 put a delay on one.. But it was still with the wait. I would order again and recommend my friends to order from this company. Great quality of work. Very please with my items.

Wish I had read the reviews before I placed a order from Kidderjoy. I placed a order on May 13 and it is June 12 after numerous E-Mails to them still no shirt. I tried to report them to Better Business but they could not find this company.
So what are we supposed to do about a so called Business that is scamming us?

This is truly a scam. I ordered two tshirts and a mug almost a month ago. received only the mug and not the t shirts and when I look at the order status it say delivered. I have been trying to contact their customer service and it is just an automated answering machine.
I have emailed their customer service twice but haven’t heard back from them.
DO NOT ORDER FROM KIDDERJOY. IT IS A SCAM. Like the previous comment, I am going to report to BBB as well.

I ordered my shirt on MAY 13 and as of today June 12 it still says printing.
It wont allow me to get a refund because my shirt is in this stage but its been in this stage for 3 weeks. I received and email yesterday June 11 after I tried to cancel and get refunded and it says my shirt is shipping June 5th which of course was BOGUS! I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I ordered three shirts on May 9th. Order was processed on May 16, 2020. I understand delays due to Covid - 19 so I contacted the company on June 7...they issued a credit for the delay- which was great and I thought that would move things along. It’s now June 12th and the shirts have not shipped yet. The website stated 5-15 business after payment which was on May 9. I’m very disappointed since the kids are now out of school. I’d still like the shirts but if they don’t at least ship within the next 7 business days- I will dispute with PayPal. I’m putting this review because I always look at the reviews before purchasing online. Maybe mine will help someone else in their decision making.

Update: So I finally received this order today. A huge disappointment. One shirt is way too small & the screen print is not centered on the front. I ordered a child M and received what looks to be a men’s medium. The screening has multiple black dots that distort the wording. My shirt- I can not read the word Quarantine at the bottom. I’m requesting a return. So very disappointed after patiently waiting for almost two months. As an educator, who would’ve sent multiple purchasers to this site, I have nothing positive to say. 🙁

Orders shirt May 6 and arrived today June 11. The shirt runs small, print is really low on the shirt and the letters are faded. I just put a claim in to return the shirt I waited for so long. Terrible experience with this company.

Company is terrible. They take your money and send goods after you need them Covid 19 hold ups are what they are blaming, however shirts. We’re ordered. 6 weeks ago and still nothing. As for customer service it’s horrific

Ordered a few shirts for Kindergarten graduation and it has been over a month. The status is still listed as "printing". TERRIBLE customer service only available through email. When I contacted them they said they would put a rush on it and once the order ships it will still take 5-15 days!!!? At this point we will no longer need the shirts. I purposely ordered over a month in advance to make sure we would get them in time. I asked for a refund - no response!

Don’t order from this company!!! They don’t have a customer service you can talk to. I placed my order over a month ago and it’s still printing. It has been printing for a month. It has not even been shipped. I wanted this shirt for my son’s preschool graduation which is next week. Obviously I will not have it by then. So I emailed them ( the only form of communication) for a refund and I received an automatic response saying I am not eligible for one. Meanwhile their website says orders are shipped within 5 to 15 days due to covid 19. Here I am over a month still waiting for the shirt to be printed. Ridiculous

I Placed my order on May 10th and I'm still waiting. order status still says "printing". At this point my sons will graduate before his shirt gets here. I should have read the reviews before letting them scam me out of 30 bucks.

Don't do it! Ordered in May and still waiting - just spent close to 30 minutes on chat with someone in customer service and all they could say was that i was now in "printing" phase. After 17 days of it being in "processing" - of course they also couldn't tell me a shipping expectation nor could they give me information of a refund since they claim my shirt was custom - i chose a color! that's it. they keep your money and then wait for you to call to push to printing phase. Who knows when i'll receive the letter. The customer service rep couldn't use grammar correctly so I wonder if this is truly a reputable business. JOKE!

Don’t order with them!!!! They never update your order and you don’t get your product

I was really beginning to be skeptical about Kidderjoy as well, due to the repetitious message about Covid-19, and a never-changing shipping status!
I looked up the company to see if it was legitimate or not, but couldn’t find any substantial evidence, outside of a lot of negative reviews!
After a long, nervous wait the shipping status FINALLY changed and was on the way! Although in total, it took about a month for my shirt to arrive, I have to say it was worth the wait!! #WhatARelief!!

I ordered a graduation shirt in May. I've been charged for it but there is no record of my order. I haven't received any communication from them or the shirt. Since I ordered from a Facebook ad, I will add my dissatisfaction to that ad in hopes that someone else will be fore-warned.

I ordered shirts for my grandchildren on May 7. According to their website they started printing them on May 11. Still says that. Here it is over a month later and still nothing!!! I’ve called but there is no option to speak to a person. I’ve sent emails but absolutely no response. I’m about to contact PayPal and let them handle it. This is outrageous. I would never recommend this company for anything.

I order something and cant find no trace of the order, but they took my money.

I ordered a quarantine shirt for my son 2 months ago and I still have not received it! In the 1st month I could check my status and it said processing for weeks. Now I cannot even pull up my account at all. Like I never placed an order in the 1st place!! Ridiculous!! Never again!

SERIOUSLY IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS !!! it beats the purpose of buying this shirt but didn't come on time, they kept saying due to covid issue but really it’s a scam!! they wont even bother updating you the status, it would just go to the tracking site that would say PROCESSING!! so pissed of this company.

The T-shirt arrived when they said it would and was of good quality. My grandson loved it.
