KGN PHONE REPAIR 

STOP! This company closed during pandemic.
I booked in my repair through the online repair booking system and sent off my phone. The website promises same day service but 12 days later I had heard nothing. Telephone calls went to answerphone and there was no reply from my email.
However today I got a call that someone had called into the shop, found my phone and had repaired it.
It would be wise for the company to close their online booking system if they are not providing the service.

I did a search for mobile phone repairs in my town and KGN came up. After clicking through to their site, it showed a map with a pin in my town, suggesting they had a point of presence here. There were also lots of examples of repairs that had been carried out on phones in my town. After booking the repair though, to drop off with them, it was clear that they’re not in my town but in Leicester. The website is very misleading.

I've been impressed by the speed & quality of the phone repairs done by this place, I looked for reviews before handing my phone over couldn't find many, i'm glad I trusted them.

These are guys are the best. Always take mine and my daughters phone there and they are so clued up and always sort the problem. Really reasonable too. 👍🏻😊
