Hey Peter, I know which admin team member you are talking about with handling your job, I am happy to say they are no longer with us and our follow ups are no longer slipping through the safety nets we have in place.
As for the price, sorry Call Out Fees are what we charge all clients for going out to site. Every tech we send out are highly qualified so there is no poor workmanship on our jobs, so it's part of the cost of that level of service. The part, well that is how much a strike costs, it's not a normal lock component and is priced as such.
Some locksmith jobs are straight forward and some need those parts that are just costly.
We will be better next time with the follow through with getting our techs to you as we have improved that part.

Considering the age of the door and how it’s its configured it would have maybe been better if suggested a complete replacement be required . But all in all , the door was fixed as best it could have been , installer was late though .

I was shown various models and had the advantages and disadvantages explained.
The safe I purchased fit my requirements and more so I am pleased with my purchase.
Two points stood out.
1 They had various models on site so I could see and touch them
2 They listened to my requirements and made suggestions.

I received same-day service, the lock-smith easily solved my problem, which did not require materials, and he very generously charged me nothing for the visit. Top marks! I would recommend KGB to everybody. Five stars .

My first choice for a Locksmith
Short lead time when I rang for a booking. Locksmith arrived 5 minutes early which was a nice surprise. Did everything required quickly and professionally. Definitely recommend.
