Feeling incredibly stressed when all my keys were stolen out of my car, I needed a number of locks opened, changed or replaced. After a disastrous locksmith visit with my lockable cupboard left in pieces and no offer or solution to mend, Zach from KGB Security came to the rescue. He persisted through with multiple issues to piece my cupboard back together and restored it to it s prior functionality. He also fixed my dead lock with a new bolt which had it s own challenges and complexities. He is a highly competent technician with wonderful personal skills. He knows what he's doing, is an excellent problem solver and won't give up on a job until it's reached a successful outcome. I recommend him as your first to call locksmith for all your security issues.

I emailed my enquiry to KGB Security on the 21/2/24. The following day (22/2/24) I receive a telephone call from Kel. Come 23/2/24, our job request was completed. The crew whom attended were efficient, and professional. I highly recommend KGB Security and will definitely be engaging their services in the future. Kel couldn't be more helpful. I purchased a Chubb Pacific 3 years ago and Kel advised me I could replace the keypad lock to have piece of mind of longevity of my safe. So I finely got around to purchasing new electric key pad for safe and Kel was great. Talking me through the process. Thanks Kel and KGB team.

They came on 12/04 for a service call. I promptly paid by eftpos, they left. My wife later noticed that we had a problem with the unit, I rang to complain. On the 15/04 I got an estimate for $460.91 to fix the problem giving them a 50% deposit to continue, duly done. Now they can't get the quote numbers or payments to match.

We rang KGB Security following a home break in. It was after hours and we needed locks changed. Jamie arrived promptly and undertook the work with a high degree of knowledge and skill. He was very professional to deal with, and showed sensitivity in dealing with a break in. We’d have no hesitation in calling KGB again, and in particular recommending Jamie.

Discussing and ordering equipment was straightforward and supply rapid. Installation was similarly easy. The technician, Liam, was friendly, yet professional, carried out the job quickly and neatly. It was an excellent experience all around.

I was absolutely delighted with the recent service i received from Kel and the Team. I had a old style (early 1900s) safe which required a new hinge and dial to pin pad upgrade. When the safe arrived back I thought it was a new safe ...... first class refurb !!!!
