Would highly recommend Key Property Consultants to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent. They are very professional and knowledgeable about what they do. Very friendly and helpful staff. They were on top of our house sale the whole way through and if we had any questions they were straight on it. Honestly couldn't recommend them enough. We will definitely use them again in the future.

So attentive with excellent customer service, ensured relevant people were chased up immediately, would highly recommend to all my friends. Loved the welcome to my new home box thought it was such a lovely touch when moving in. Thank you for all your help KPC :)

Really satisfied with the professional and holistic service. Had a tenant I was happy with at the asking rent within days and were on hand with advice to get it all sorted out. My tenant seemed as pleased as I was to have them check the details, register deposits, facilitate the tenants guarantor etc. Unbeatable value in prices also, I don’t hesitate to recommend them

Ayrton kept the whole show on the road, when delay in the outgoing tenant's completion threatened to leave the new tenant on the street! And when cleaners let us down and a last minute decision was taken to get the place redecorated found people instantly who came in and sorted everything out.

Flat was assessed, valued, and let within one week - excellent service all round from all staff. Constant communication through referencing and answered all questions and resolved all queries in unbelievably quick time. One of the best landlord/agent relationships I've had in 20 years of letting property.

Key Property Consultants are absolutely an awesome and professional estate agents. Last year late October 2018, we were in a desperate need of a property due to landlord of previous property we showed interest in pulled out last minute. This left us in such a worried state as we had to move from place we were staying in a week. One of their staff Adil took us to view one of their properties and we put an offer on it. Adil was able to do all the reference checks and sorted out all the necessary things in good time for us to move into the new place. Adil communicated with us all throughout and assured us that everything was going to be ok. This showed us how much they cared for us and met our needs beyond what we expected.
