I have rented a house from this real estate agency and I can say that they are the best, they have helped me in everything

Really friendly and helpful! If I were to rent again I would 100% be asking these guys for help. Thank you for all your help.

These people are useless, they let their tentants leave other people’s properties in a complete mess and refuse any responsibility. Rubbish left 2 meters high. Clearly no pre or post tenant checks. Tried to sort out in a civil manner but it’s hard dealing with rude people. avoid!

Excellent service from the team - especially Chene and Ayrton made my move from overseas very easy and hassle free! Would definitely recommend to friends when needing a property to rent!

Ridiculous service by the agents at key property, I have never had a worse experience with an estate agent. I can’t believe how bad they are at their job. They have wasted my time. Avoid this company.I am extremely disappointed in their service and would recommend never using them.

great exporiance from day one, didn’t have to worry about anything. I got lot of support from Ayron and Chene. great communication, alway got respond to my emails almost instantly. Thy were very patience even with silly enquiries 😊

These people rip off landlords. BE AWARE if they offer rent guarantees they are in fact getting cash incentives from councils meant for landlords and keeping for themselves. They are also not paying the full rental amounts over! I caught them out and they had to pay over all the rent and incentive they took. They are a mickey mouse outfit and don’t be fooled. Ask to see full disclosure and don’t get ripped off.

We bought a property recently through KPC who we highly recommend. Chloe provided a friendly and efficient service throughout. We would also consider using them for our property rentals in the future.

This is the first time I have used Key Property Consultants to let one of my properties - but I would definitely use them again, They sourced tenants really quickly and were very easy to work with. Faye was my lettings negotiator and she kept me updated throughout the whole process - even when it was her day off. I was so impressed that I have just given them a second property to let.

Overseas landlord with nothing but good words to say about key Property Consultants, was referred to them by a friend which had a terrible experience with a Another agent. Always on hand to assist with issues and keep me in the loop. Keep up the good work. Sienna

I'm really surprised to find such positive reviews on here, our experience has been a nightmare from start to finish:
- Flat was advertised at one price and then when we made an offer we were told the price had increased.
- Flat was advertised as unfurnished but when we arrived it was full of furniture, most of which was broken or filthy.
- We still, two months after moving in, do not have access to the electricity meter, despite numerous requests (it's located in a locked cupboard and key have ironically refused to provide a key).
- The flat had not been professionally cleaned when we moved in, and had a mouse infestation and a plumbing problem. When we called to report them, our letting agent had the audacity to respond with "well the previous tenants never complained"!
- We're still waiting on some repairs which were requested at move in.
