I am working on a fleet management at our carrental and Keycafe smart keybox technology does enables us to manage our pick up and drop off service touchless with out any staff on the spot when we needed. That is huges and a winner for us as well comfortable and easy for our clients which all most of the time, have a time schedule traviling. First off it was after 5 pm and I was talking to a live person without any wait!!! They jumped on the challenge and really went above and beyond what I was expecting!!

Keycafe for Property Management

The Keycafe has been an excellent addition to the property team. Multiple companies and employees constantly needing keys throughout all hours of the day/night of a 2 tower, commercial property.
A secure way for individual employees to get and return their own keys/sets throughout shifts with very little to no need for oversight.
The one occasion I needed Customer service was quick and painless. I felt like the person went above and beyond to answer my questions no matter how small/silly they may have seemed.
The best part is that the set up and management of the system is a breeze. Either by the Mobile app or the PC, it cannot get any easier.
Our property could not be happier.

Keycafe has very poor customer service if the system goes down. They do not notify you if there is a problem dropping off the key or key pickup. They do not give you a timeline for a fix of their smartboxes or pro-actively give you updates on a daily basis.
I would definitely hesitate to use them in the future as they are willing to charge for their service but very unwilling to give credits back when their system fails.

Very good response time and helpful instruction

Great product and service from Keycafe. Very easy to deal with, the finished product looks very smart in our workshop. We will definitely buy more in the future if we need. We had a few delays with delivery, but the customer service received in between was fantastic.

The technician answered my questions quickly and the steps worked great! Easy to solve and he knew exactly how to advise me.

The Keycafe is very easy to use and the guests appreciate it a lot that they can check in whenever they want. After 18h we put the keys in the safe and the guests can take them with the code we sent them.
