If your product works, great. If it doesn’t… I wish you luck on your uphill battle.

I bought both the face mask and eye mask. The face mask was my first purchase and for weeks I didn’t realise it wasn’t charging properly. I’d do my 10-minute treatment and the battery would be completely dead afterwards. I genuinely thought this was a safety feature until I started using the eye mask and realised it could hold charge for multiple sessions.

Things then got worse. The face mask stopped consistently completing a treatment. Sometimes it would run for 7 minutes, sometimes 5, sometimes 3 before switching off. I contacted customer service and was asked to send videos showing how I charged it. They confirmed I was charging it correctly, but still kept insisting the device was working because the charging light came on.

At one point I was even told I was probably trying to use it for longer than the recommended 10 minutes. I wasn’t. In fact, I couldn’t have if I wanted to because the battery barely held enough charge for a single treatment.

After a lot of back and forth, I finally managed to capture a video showing the mask turning on at 100% charge, running for less than 30 seconds and then refusing to switch back on. Only then was I given a return label.

The real frustration came after I returned it. Despite all the evidence and despite accepting the return, they have now claimed the device is working correctly and have refused to refund me. Instead, they’ve offered a replacement. Even though I complained with the 90 day guarantee… work that out?

As things stand, I’ve had no choice but to raise a claim through my bank to try and recover my money.

Products can be faulty. That’s life. What matters is how a company deals with it when they do. Based on my experience, the customer service has been incredibly disappointing and the advertised 90-day money-back guarantee hasn’t reflected the reality of trying to return a faulty product. AVOID THIS BUSINESS

After purchasing a faulty IPL,I have now received a replacement product.This was sorted out by Jess at customer service,who was prompt in sending the replacement,I have only used twice so far due to being in hospital but all is in working order.I did originally only leave a one star review due to not getting a quicker response but issue has now been sorted!!

Been looking for a hair removal and I’m so glad I found Kesine ILP hair removal device, comes with everything you need to get you started, super light and easy to use. Does not hurt because of the cooling system and I have notice some small areas already on my legs are not growing hair , I have been using it for 5 weeks now ( 2 a week using the device ). Definitely recommend it.

Great product! Really does make a difference to your skin. Couldn’t recommend this product enough if you want to stay youthful then this is for you.

I’ve been trying out the Kesine ILP hair removal device. The product is easy to turn on and use. It’s completely painless, super convenient and fits into my routine. I can’t vouch for my long term results but so far the hair on my legs seems to be thinning every week.

Amazing customer service. I trialled the product and was impressed by it but, unfortunately, it just didn't fit my face properly. Had there been a way to alter the fit I absolutely would have kept this mask as it seems high quality and my skin felt good after the first couple of times I used it. I noticed that my skin products absorbed better as well. Jess in the customer service team was brilliant and said i could send it back for a full refund which I was so impressed by. If only all companies had the same approach to their customers!

I got Keskine's IPL and LED face mask for my wifes birthday and i can honestly say she is in love with it. She has stated that the quality is amazing and the results are promising. I have also started to use the LED face and i can honestly say that my face looks brighter and younger. It has alot of different modes that has other purposes but i use the brightening mode. I would recommend this company. Great results.

I’ve tried so many skincare products over the years but nothing has come close to the results I’ve seen with this Keskine LED face mask. I’ve struggled with persistent acne and uneven skin tone for years and it really knocked my confidence. On top of that i was starting to notice fine lines creeping in which made me feel like my skin just looked tired all the time

After using this mask consistently for a few weeks the difference has been incredible. My breakouts have reduced and the redness I used to deal with daily has calmed down so much. My skin tone looks more even and theres a noticeable glow that I’ve never had before. Even the fine lines around my eyes and forehead seem softer. In my opinion this is the best LED face mask. My honest opinion, the Keskine LED face mask has become my go to self care devices. It’s really comfortable to wear, feels high quality and can see results already. Their customer service is also great, they genuinely care for their customers. You will be in safe hands with Keskine. Worth the price.

Super easy to use. Visible results.

Purchased end November 2025. Reported faulty charging with controller and Keskine confirmed in an email other customers had the same problem. Keskine requested a video. I returned as not acceptable, electrical charging issues which onset my anxiety and money back guarantee false marketing. Keskine did a biased investigation and stated nothing wrong and I could not get a refund. They would not provide any investigation documentation, requested independent investigation, complaints form or commence complaint process. I could not accept this device back as would cause anxiety problems if posted to me or re-entered my house as not trustworthy. I have no refund and no product(that I cannot accept to protect my health) and being ghosted by Keskine for months. The product was bought at the end of November 2025. No refund to date 30 April 2026. They are causing me great anxiety and stress for months and have robbed me of £399.00

I usually dont leave revıews but keskıne deserves a 5 star. Honestly one of the best LED face masks.

I unfortunately had to return the eye mask as it was a gift for my aunt but her son bought her the same present

I’ve been using this LED face mask consistently for about a month now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. At first I was a bit sceptical, but sticking to a routine has definitely paid off.

My skin looks noticeably clearer and more even, and I’ve had fewer breakouts than usual. I’ve also seen an improvement in overall brightness my complexion just looks healthier and more refreshed. The red light setting in particular seems to have helped with calming my skin and giving it a bit more glow.

It’s really easy to use and fits comfortably, which makes it simple to stay consistent. I’ve been using it a few times a week as part of my evening routine, and it’s actually become something I look forward to like a little self-care moment.
