Breach of guidelines
customer service on returns is non existant
I received my chair, found it didnt accomodate my body size. I started the return process within the 7 day return deadline. It took me almost 2 weeks for someone to contact me. At first they wanted to give me like 150 bucks and keep the chair. I had no use for it and its not my responsibility to resale an open box item. Finally I received a return lable and shipped it back to their warehouse. I received the chair around the last part of July and it showed on fed ex tracking that they received it on Aug 18. I have tried to call and sent messages from their website. I have yet to recieve any corrospondance concerning receipt or status of refund from this as of today.

Scooter purchase disaster
I bought an upgraded mobility scooter but made several attempts to find out the specific weight of the frame since I cannot lift anything heavy. Customer service finally assured me that it was 30 lbs. It should have had larger back wheels and an 8 mph speed. None of this was true. Frame is over 55 lbs, wheels are same size and speed is defective ( goes from turtle slow to just a tad faster and does not increase no matter how far you turn the speed dial).
I tried so many times to reach the company by phone and messaging but never get any answer. Now I will contact my credit card company to reverse the charge.
Beware if you buy anything from this company.

I have never owned a powerchair as pleasant and useful as this one. Rough terrain is no longer a concern thanks to the puncture-proof tires. The under-seat storage is quite useful for running errands, and it handles curbs and rough pathways with ease.
Lack of after-sales service
I have been using the chair I purchased (Order No. KD4740) for 1 year and 3 months. Unfortunately, the armrest has cracked. According to the information on your website, the chair is covered by a 5-year warranty.
I reached out to inquire about the warranty process, and also asked whether it is possible to purchase a replacement armrest. However, I have not received any response to my messages.

Poor Customer Service
I purchased a KD-9070-S office chair through a computer store website just over 2 years ago.
Recently the left arm-rest snapped.
Unfortunately the company's 5 year warranty only applies if you purchase through the Kerdom website, and the site I did buy through only has a 2 year warranty.
I emailed and used the 'contact us' link but I only got a response when I finally called the help line.
I asked about purchasing the left arm-rest and was told that as this was their most common chair there was no problem. I was given a link to make the purchase.
After paying for the parts I was then told that oops, the parts are no longer in stock so sorry. Let us know if you want your money refunded.
This is horrible customer service and really sad that they don't stand behind their product. What happens when the next customer reaches out for a warranty replacement of the left arm of the chair? I guess they are SOL, even if this is the most common chair they sell (and it's still available on the website).
As much as I like the chair I won't be recommending Kerdom any longer just due to the poor customer care and lack of replacement parts.

This is a fraudulent scam “company”. Ordered a wheelchair for my sister on May 9, 2025 on pre-order with the understanding it would be shipped mid-June. I reached out in June to check and was told there was a delay in shipping and it would now ship July 15th. They even offered a $100 credit for the “inconvenience”. Fine. Considering they were communicating, and sent me a credit, it put me somewhat at ease. Fast forward to July 15th, I reach out again. They don’t respond but I get an email on July 22nd saying my chair has shipped. So I think ok great! NOT GREAT. For the following 2 weeks I checked the tracking status for shipping which never progressed past “label printed” for 2 weeks. While I called (no one will ever answer), left voice messages. Texted, per their website instructions. Emailed. ZERO response. It is now 3 MONTHS since I ordered the chair, and the rep “Kevin” went from responding to each email to complete radio silence. My guess is this is not even a company, but one person who sends out just enough products to maintain semblance of trust, and the 50% acceptable rating to keep people buying and taking the chance. The rest they never send, and pocket the cash. And let unsuspecting buyers deal with the headache of disputing with their credit card company. What do they care? They got paid. Never mind that they are stealing from people who can’t walk. Truly disgusting. Stay FAR FAR AWAY from this company. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

KD22639 order number for a wheelchair that I placed and never received. Called company 4 times, no one answered left 4 messages, no return calls, emailed no return calls, went to website and left message and no response again. This is fraud.

The foldable electric wheel chair arrived with a 12ah battery and I ordered, and paid for the 20ah battery. They never answer the phone. Never reply to emails. I cannot get hold of them to either ship the correct battery or to get a return authorization for the product. I should have read more reviews before buying from them. Avoid this company at any cost.

I ordered an electric wheelchair on April 30, 2025. Had not received it by June 19th. My husband went into hospice care June 17th and no longer needs the chair. I called to cancel it on June 19th and was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. Didn’t happen. Called again June 24 & 25. Was put on a list to be called or emailed. Didn’t happen. Finally spoke with someone who said the chair was in the “distribution line” and 20% would be taken off what I paid to cancel the order. Again told someone would call or email me.
Not acceptable especially now with my husband actively dying. Next call is to the Better Business Bureau. Debra Wahl

Shipping times way too long not explained in their @preorder" advertising. You're charged immediately but product doesn't ship for over a month! Feels very scamming when going through the process they did honor the policy of a 20% refund if it does ship in the stated amount of time.
Item purchased finally arrived and it's very cheaply made plasticky feeling. I don't recommend the company or mobility scooter at all I would not purchase from here again

I am in the end stages of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and ordered this chair in mid April so that I can still get around in my final days. This heartless seller has now left me stranded with no wheelchair and no money to find and purchase another one. As you can see by my purchase details I had to use two seperate credit cards to complete this purchase. I am devastated that they would do this....

Left-side armrest arrived damaged. Has little puncture marks throughout, as if an animal clawed it. Also has a wider space on one side from the backrest.

BAIT-AND-SWITCH SCAM – AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
I ordered the Cozyboy 3 Piece Modular Sofa based on specific photos and product descriptions from Kerdom’s own website. What I received was a completely different item — different material, fewer pieces, no ottoman storage, and an entirely different configuration. The product I received has a different SKU and comes from a separate listing altogether.
When I contacted customer service, I was met with gaslighting and deflection. A rep named Kevin repeatedly insisted this was just a “new batch” of the same product — despite the overwhelming evidence I provided (including screenshots and links from their own site). Instead of honoring their clearly stated return policy (which guarantees free return shipping if the wrong item is sent), they offered me a partial refund and tried to misrepresent my request for a return.
I also spent $250 on professional assembly, only to find out the couch I now owned wasn’t even the one I selected. Kerdom has refused to reimburse me for this expense — which was only incurred because of their mistake.
After escalating to the BBB and demanding supervisor intervention, they finally admitted their listings were wrong — and agreed to issue a refund but only if I disassemble the entire couch myself, repackage it, and personally take it to FedEx.
So let’s be clear: they sent the wrong item, wasted my time, cost me hundreds of dollars in assembly, admitted fault — and now want me to do manual labor and transport a massive piece of furniture across town to fix their error.
This is textbook bait-and-switch behavior, followed by gaslighting, runaround, and corporate negligence. Their practices are manipulative, unethical, and exploitative.
Do not buy from this company. If anything goes wrong — and it very well might — you will be blamed, ignored, and forced to clean up their mess on your own dime.
