It takes a lot for me to go out my way…

It takes a lot for me to go out my way to write a review. Do not engage this fraudulent company in any way. As numerous others have reported here, they actively go out of their way to ignore emails. I purchased an item in November. As it was a gift, and with no shipping notification I instructed them multiple times to cancel the order and refund. No response each time. Two+ weeks ago by and despite having instructed to cancel and refund, they ship the item. Multiple emails once again reiterating I had cancelled this order and demanding a return label. No response.

If you like donating money to mouth breathing scammers operating a drop shipping business, by all means, send them your money. Otherwise, do not engage

edit after their reply: Kerdom, thanks so much for confirming what I told my bank about - that you do not respond to emails, that you do not heed demands, and that you did not supply a return label. Your message has been forwarded to my bank, who tells me that you lied to them when I disputed the charge, with no other recourse. I look forward to you unavoidably losing the dispute :)

Have tried for 31 days to get a prepaid…

Have tried for 31 days to get a prepaid label and refund. 13 emails to kerdom. 5 different times they rep,Jed they would send a label in 1-2 days. They never have, seldom get a response. Kerdom is dragging out holding to their warranty and refipubd guarantee. I am out the money Kerdom promised to refund. Terrible service and response.

Kerdom.com support ignores return requests

We ordered two chairs from Kerdom. The website said we could return products. Both chairs are uncomfortable to the point of being unusable. We have sent multiple requests to return the chairs for three plus weeks. No response from Kerdom support except auto replies promising a response that has never come. We feel deceived by Kerdom.com which promises easy returns.

Update: After 5 weeks Kerdom finally replied and asked if, to save shipping cost, I would accept a 50% refund and keep the chairs. I was dreading taking them apart and packing for shipping, so I agreed. I received the 50% refund to my card. I wouldn't do business with them again.

Frustrating Experience: Allowed Purchase They Couldn't Deliver

I ordered a treadmill on January 9th and received a confirmation email. After 5 days of no updates, I emailed and was told the tracking info would come soon. A week later I emailed again and was informed they couldn’t ship to Canada, and I was refunded. They should have a system to block orders they can’t fulfill internationally.

At least I got my money back.

They won’t respond to refund request and will take 30 days to deliver …

They took forever (30 days) to send a wheelchair that I needed within the time they said it would arrive 3-5 business days. By the time I received the wheelchair the person I needed it for passed away, so we never even opened the box and they have been giving me the run around to return it for another 25days since I requested a return. I am grieving and being scammed and it’s the most terrible feeling ever!!!!

DON'T PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM KERDOM!!!!!!

I purchased an electric motor wheelchair for my mom who is disabled. The wheelchair was delivered she only used it once. The wheelchair was not able to be charged afterward and I called spoke to several customer service representatives who promised to escalate the issue so that I could receive a refund. I was lied to over and over again by each representative. Even though they are probably a real company they are absolutely horrible in providing professional customer service, I will tell as many people that I can not to support their business. I am considering reporting them to the FTC gov and filing a complaint for fraudulent business and failure to respond. I suspect they purposely ignore my phone calls, voicemails, messages, and emails so that my 90-day return refund option will not be honored. I plan to have them investigated and have many connections with law enforcement. This company will be out of business soon because my goal is to broadcast it on the news and social media and boycott their business. this is now a legal issue for elderly abuse and a pending lawsuit will most likely be on the horizon. I do not like companies or people for that matter that take advantage of innocent people!!!!!! especially elderly people!!!!!!!!!!!

They simple doesn't send the chair nor answer emails

I bought a chair on 24/12/2024. Until now (13/01/2025) they didn't ship the chair, I sent three emails and no answer. They simple doesn't have customer service. I still hope my chair arrives but I don't have any news from the company. I hope I didn't get scammed by this company since they have good reviews on amazon. It's a pitty in 2025 still have companies like this with no customer service.

They will not contact you about…

They will not contact you about warranty, answer the phone or emails. Need a replacement battery charger the one in shipping has a broken cracked case. Been trying to get a reply out of them for a month. They don’t have poor service, they just ignore you.

Return for the Electric Wheelchair

I want to initiate the return of Portable Electric Wheelchair Order #KD13672 and have been contacting Kerdom for over three weeks. However, nobody has responded to my emails, messages, or phone calls.
It seems that their customer service doesn't exist.
Although their products are good, I will not use Kerdom due to the horrible customer service.

Company does not respond to inquiries re return authorization

Due to a mistake, I purchased two mobility chairs at $436 each. No response from the company despite repeated emails/call about a return authorization for the extra chair. BBB gives the business an F rating. I would look elsewhere before giving this company your business.

Unreliable and Unresponsive – Avoid This Company

On Dec 19, I placed an order for a walking pad and payed extra for fast shipping, but I never received the product. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact their customer service through emails, but they have completely ignored me. My messages have gone unanswered for weeks.

This lack of communication and failure to deliver what I paid for is unacceptable. It feels like a scam, and I’m extremely disappointed with their service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you want to risk losing your money with no product in return.

I’m extremely disappointed with this…

I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase experience. I bought chairs from this seller and have received no updates about the shipping process. I’ve sent multiple emails, but they haven’t bothered to respond. There’s zero communication, and I’m left wondering if I’ll ever receive my order. Very unprofessional and frustrating!

Ordered on Blck Friday and Still Not Here

Was excited to try the chair out as I have back issues and have been unable to sit up for much time. I ordered the chair on Black Friday and it stated 3-4 day shipping. It is now the 23rd of December and still no chair. I understand that shipping can be delayed and slow during this busy time, but over 3 weeks is unacceptable. It is common knowledge that people ordering and shopping online during Black Friday expect their purchases to arrive before Christmas. I am very disappointed.

Terrible Customer Support, no delivery

I ordered the office chair on Dec 3. The advertisement said 3 day deliver, but there was a weekend, so expected delivery was Dec 9. After 15 more days of no delivery. The delivery status said the UPS label was created, but UPS did not have possession of the item. After another few days of trying to contact the company with absolutely no response, I am pursuing a refund through the payment processor. Do not deal with this company.

I was told my chair was lost in shipping…

I was told my chair was lost in shipping. They also said if I would approve another color that the chair would be sent out that day with expedited shipping. Since then there has been no contact what so ever, they did however not have any problem taking my money. I can't get anyone on the phone and they will not answer an e-mail. Might be the worst experience I have ever had. This was a Christmas gift for my Autistic son and I can't get a hold of anybody!!!

#KD13052 Ordered Chair on Black Friday

#KD13052 Ordered Chair on Black Friday, 3 Day Ground. 12/2/24 received confirmation "order is on it's way". Same story as everyone else. 'Shipping label printed, parcel never received by carrier'. I did get a response by email, some convoluted story about warehouse miscommunication, and actually a second email with apologies and more he said, she said...meanwhile today is 12/13/24 and the parcel still has not been picked up. I just sent an email requesting refund (2nd time). Kerdom seems quick to respond on here, so refund my order and tear up your shipping label. Monday morning I will file a dispute with the CC.
