Always excellent service from the colleagues, we only ever use Kenwood travel because of this. The hotel we were looking for was not one that was on their website but Stavi went out of her way to find it and get us the best possible price, one happy customer 😃

I booked a hotel in Dubai with Kenwood Travel & flight with BA separately. BA cancelled all flights to BA & I asked Kenwood to change my booking to 2027. I was being charged £75 for this change but my friend did exactly the same changes & was not charged £75. I emailed several times & asked why I was being charged but never given an answer. I lost my deposit of £266. As the cancellation of my flight was due to a war I should not hay been charged to change

Really positive experience so far - great customer service and communication with Zac. He was friendly, helpful and dealt with our query quickly and professionally. It is always refreshing when someone calls you back when they say they will and sends you things straight away. Very happy with everything so far and looking forward to our holidays!

A great experience from start to finish, very professional and the lady I dealt with called Stavi was superb! She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and gave great impartial advice l, I will be keeping her direct line and for sure she will be my first port of call for future holidays. Kenwood have arranged several holidays for us and are efficient, quick to respond and helpful. When we were forced to cancel due to the Iran hostilities there was no issue or problem getting a full refund. Will use again.
