I have today received all the attachments and assembled my new pup pen and I am delighted with it . It is good quality and well made.

I only received art of the order and I am still chasing the missing items by phone and email.

good morning Michael, As per email and telephone conversation we have re-sent the nuts/bolts and washers you seem to be missing they were sent with the original consignment but looks like they have been lost in transit , we are sorry this happened and hope you receive the replacements today or tomorrow

Purchased the 3 sided dog pen.

Purchased the 3 sided dog pen & absolutely delighted with the product. Strong & sturdy but also not heavy looking. Had it installed in my large garage for when I need to leave my 18 week old Staffy puppy for periods of time & she loves it. Can then have peace of mind that she won’t be destroying the home! Brilliant company to deal with & CAN’T PRAISE MIKE ENOUGH FOR ALL HIS HELP & PATIENCE whilst I finally chose the perfect product for my needs.Would also recommend the Wag elevated dog bed which I also purchased to keep my dog off the cold floor in the coming Winter months. This was harder to put together than the pen itself, but well worth it. WELL DONE KENNELSTORE - BRILLIANT SERVICE & PRODUCT.

I phoned and spoke to a member of staff…

I phoned and spoke to a member of staff regarding an odd sized panel requirement. After being reassured I said I would discuss with my husband. I ordered the next day online and a few days later it all arrived safely.
This is the second purchase and I’m very pleased with the product and service.
