Excellent environmentally-friendly company. Love their products and their 500ml refill bottles are very good value. Gives me peace of mind to know that their cleaning products are non-toxic for us, our cats, and the environment.

My order was processed and dispatched quickly. It arrived well packaged so my items arrived safely. It was sent with Evri (Hermes) which fortunately I don't have any issues with, but I know some people do.

Everything I've used so far works, although some better than others. I personally love the toilet cleaner and shower descaler (rimfinity and the shining) as these are things I use a lot, and the Mack versions are just as good as anything else I've bought. I also use the floor cleaner (the review site wont let me use the products actual name, this is hilarious), ocean potion and have a little stock of not guilty!

Dispatch is super quick, although DPD does sometimes mess me around, but that's just DPD. I have subscribed and will keep getting these lovely products.

I can't use the biopods with my existing bottles and sprayers, nothing comes out, and there is quite a bit of sediment at the bottom of the bottle.

We have tried lots of different eco cleaning brands and I can honestly say these are one of the best! We have tried several products and they have all been amazing!

We live in a hard water area and our toilet often gets limescale which is hard to clean. I've tried all sorts of products including 'normal' and eco ones. Mack's toilet cleaner is the only thing that gets rid of it and literally in minutes! I was amazed!

Great products and speedy delivery. Small issue with order, but replacement sent straight away, no quibble.

Great products! Good for the Planet, gentle on skin/lungs, and really cleans.
Just make sure to dissolve it properly before using the spray trigger. So I recommend using a clear bottle. Be patient and wait couple of hours after shaking it. Otherwise it will block and broke your trigger.

Over all experience with Mack is great. Excellent value, fast delivery, cruelty free and they work which is great as some cruelty free alternatives aren’t as good. Have tried most of the range, now have a few key items that will become household staples. Thanks!

Main reason I bought theses products were for a daily shower screen cleaner. It definitely doesn’t compare with Method Daily shower screen wash. I would like more instructions-ie do you expect this product to be rinsed off? Leaves water stains and smears on the screen. The toilet wash, and drain cleaner worked well. I also used the complementary laundry sheets, used 2 as very hard water, washed well, dried with a lovely smell and soft to touch.

Great experience, I now use MACK products for all my household needs. Would definitely recommend.

Great products! Dissolve well and work brilliantly. I ordered the toilet cleaner and drain cleaner and really happy with how they worked. Much better than using harsh chemicals and would definitely recommend.
