We had bought sofas from Keens previously
We had bought a few sofas from Keens about 7 years and very recently one of the sofas electrics failed. My husband contacted Keens for advice and they very quickly contacted the manufacture on our behalf and then came back to us with possible solutions one which was to order new buttons for the motors which they ordered from the manufacturer and they were delivered to our home free with no cost to us. Subsequently we were able to fit the buttons and the electric sofa has been working perfectly since. The service from Keens has been nothing short of outstanding and they went above and beyond in terms of their aftercare service . We would be happy to recommend Keens to anyone wishing to purchase a sofa and furniture.

First class
Staff in Keens Belfast were very friendly and helpful when I bought my new table and chairs,they kept me informed as to when I could expect delivery and also offered to store my order for me if I wasn’t ready for it when it arrived as I was moving house. Delivery was as promised and the two delivery people were polite and efficient. I would not hesitate to shop at Keens in the future.

Beautiful shop. Lots of quality, furniture. Food for thought. Eventually chose a table in the outlet store which suited where we needed perfectly.Staff in both stores were so friendly. A pleasure to shop here.
Delivery was as equally professional. Very courteous. Assembled the table for us expertly even putting extra pads on the legs to protect our floor. So rare to find service like this. Couldn’t recommend this shop enough ….

The delivery team were friendly and helpful.
We were impressed with negotiating the hall which was a tight squeeze. Very professional.

They went that extra mile to ensure I was happy with the assembly and position of the furniture

All round great service
The staff were friendly and very helpful from start to finish, and the price was good! The delivery staff were also brilliant, wrapping our old (very heavy) mattress and bringing it downstairs ready for disposal.

Great Customer Experience On arrival at Keens
On arrival at Keens, Denise took my husband and I to the bedding department. She asked us what we needed and showed us a variety of beds. She was so patient with us. We made our decision and paid a deposit. Earlier than expected Denise rang us to say the bed had arrived. I went to Keens, paid the balance and Denise told me to expect the bed on Monday 3/11/25. Ben rang me to tell me the time of delivery and again to confirm 20 minutes before the delivery.
Promptly at 1pm the bed arrived. The 2 staff delivered and installed our new bed with great respect for our home and were very pleasant. We 100% Recommend Keens for top quality furniture and excellent Customer Service.

Great family business staff excellent when l was choosing a Natussi sofa taking time to ensure l got the right size no pressure to buy or decide quickly would highly recommend delivery was also carried out with care and polite staff.
