Kcom fitted my internet connection

Kcom fitted my internet connection. Corrispondance all the way through explaining each part. Engineer came when expected. He was polite, helpful and professional. Easy to connect via my phone and highly satisfied with results.

After a bad start getting the request…

After a bad start getting the request for an installation approved (3 times we tried and each time were told you could not) we managed a chat with your road show people locally. They gave us a name and a number and Mike sort out the problem as my neighbour underneath verbally approved a way leave (he is one of your customers) job sorted 👍

Kcom fibre installation

I’ve recently had a new fibre installation in to my home. The two Kcom technicians, Blake and Ellis did a great, tidy job and nothing was too much trouble.
