Returned order, not refunded.

I ordered a set of keycaps and returned them, only received 25.31 out of 126.57$ Further attempts to dispute it landed my account frozen and unable to get any help unless I cancelled my paypal dispute and let them handle it.

Most Amazing Company in the Keyboard Space

This is hands down one of the most incredible, friendly, and consumer-friendly keyboard companies in the hobby.

I had ordered a quartz wrist wrest from them and the ordering and shipping process was hassle-free, fast, and extremely affordable, even by international shipping standards.

I used the wrist wrest for several months, as intended, but the material itself degrades very quickly and becomes cloudy and gross with even the lighting amount of sweat and bacteria, and also just regular cleaning.

I emailed KDBFans about this, with photos attached in my email. There was no BS, lying, undervaluing, or low-balling me. They talked to their factory and the employees there said this is common for quartz.

Jean was kind enough to offer me a completely FREE marble wrist rest replacement and I jumped at the opportunity.

Within a few days, a new order was shipped out and about a week later, my marble wrist rest was hand-delivered to me at my door.

This thing is 1,000 times more gorgeous than the quartz.

That's not what's remarkable though; what's remarkable is the customer service I experienced with KBDFans. Their policies, agents, and politeness are unmatched. They were so extremely polite, well-spoken, kind, and prompt.

Extremely well-mannered people work here.

I am beyond satisfied.

Any new keyboard related orders for me will absolutely go through KDB Fans from now on.

100/10.

VERY FAST RESPONSE!

i purchased the holy60 case, honestly solid case and one of the most aesthetic cases i’ve seen, but that’s not why i’m giving 5 stars, the rubber for some reason i couldn’t not find, but legitimately fastest customer service i’ve seen in a while, food places take longer to fix your order, sent 1 email and Jean was the person who helped me, sent me another pair and came within 3 days. thank you guys again, love my case and great service!

Quality product and great customer service

We purchased 2 keyboard kits, a MK3 and a Tofu65. Everything is packed with extra supplies and included torx screwdrivers.

Unfortunately the Tofu65 PCB had an issue and the bottom row of keys didn't work. Customer support was very helpful, and sent a replacement after confirming the issue (thank you Jean). Very positive experience overall.

Just perfect

Just perfect, I was looking for an actual good mechanical keyboard but more suiting my needs. And the only real way to get what I wanted was a custom made keyboard. Since I don't have the experience to do such a thing. I went with kbdfans. And my experience was perfect. Although the delivery was pretty quick, the only downside was the overcharge from customs. But I live in Switzerland so it's pretty common to get customs overcharge here.

Apart from that, the keyboard is actually crazy good and is exactly like I imagined. You can go eyes closed with them.

Incredible Product, Poor Delivery and Communication

Quality of product is incredible, everything is above beyond expectations in that regard. Only problem I had was to do with shipping and delivery.

I paid £36 delivery on the website and it was stated as being 2-3 days or 5-7 days depending on how remote you are. The product took 2 weeks to arrive and had very limited tracking information. When it arrived in the country I was asked to pay for customs by the delivery company which was an additional £65. I was informed about a possible delivery charge on top but they did not disclose the exact amount until after it arrived in the country.

Again, product is exceptional, company is trustworthy, but delivery and communication aren't a strong-suit.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I ordered the Tofu Fa with Gateron Oil King switches and lubing service. Their response time was incredibly fast whenever I reached out. Highly recommend checking them out for all the beginners and keyboard enthuasiasts out there.

Best online/ live customer service I’ve received

Best online/ live customer service I’ve experienced by far! Alice was prompt with my issue and supported me the whole way, Alice was able to provide all the necessary troubleshooting to try and resolve my issue. Alice was also very kind and friendly too and willing to go that extra mile to make sure all areas of my issue were looked at. Keep up the great work Alice! Very Considerate Customer Service and Quick

The customer service was very considerate. Alice notified me about a scratch on the keyboard before shipping out, which led me decide to not accept it and swap it with another keyboard, so they ended up shipping a new board. Super easy to deal with and the whole process happened very quickly!
