Since you're using the app, please take into account that the quality of the calls, when using the app, relies on your WiFi or cellular data Internet connection and device settings as well.
Make sure:
-you have the latest app version installed on your device.
-you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-your Internet connection is not very slow and thus cannot connect you to our servers.
To ensure a high successful connection and call quality, please set up your Caller ID (the number showing up on the screen of the person you call). You can find the option in the app Menu.
1. Go to the app menu, tap "More", select "Set my Caller ID" and enter the number you'd like your friends and family to see when you call them.
2. Shortly after, you'll receive an SMS with a Verification Code. Simply confirm the verification code on the same page and your Caller ID is set.

Thank you for opening up the topic! Due to network-related parameters, a call will drop at a certain time after 1 or 2 hours. This depends on the provider of the phone number you call. Phone providers add these parameters to avoid customers from getting charged when they don't hang up on a call properly.
