The wrong chairs were delivered and its been impossible for me to get through to customer service.

Easy to find what I was looking for and complete the purchase. I only ordered it yesterday, so I haven't received it yet. But I have bought various things from Kave Home and the quality and experience has always been great.

Terrible. We bought 2 canapés. The first one broke when sat on and the other arrived with parts poorly manufactured and therefore could not be assembled properly.
The products are cheap and expensive for what it is.

We are a professional reseller / design & build contractor and supplied a Kave Home Tirant 3-seater outdoor sofa to one of our clients.
One removable seat cushion was accidentally damaged by the end client. We never claimed this was a warranty issue and never asked for anything free. We asked Kave Home for a paid solution: one replacement cushion, one replacement cover, fabric reference, colour code, textile supply, or any other repair path.
Their final position was that they do not sell replacement cushions or covers separately for this model, cannot make an exception, and cannot provide the textile supplier or colour code.
So the practical result is: premium outdoor sofa, still sold on their website, but no cushion, no cover, no fabric reference, no textile supply and no real repair solution.
This is unacceptable for a product positioned as premium outdoor furniture. It creates a serious problem for resellers and professional specifiers, because we are left exposed in front of the final client.
My advice: before buying or specifying Kave Home sofas, ask in writing whether replacement cushions, covers and spare parts are available for that exact model. Do not assume the product is serviceable after purchase.

Very friendly and relaxed experience at the Nice store.

We bought 2 sofas and they are great quality a good price and very comfortable.

Only one tiny issue was that we requested our old sofa to be removed and the delivery guys didn't know that - however we resolved it with them directly.

But this process should have clearer communication and confirmation.

Please pay attention to the 1 star reviews because they are true. I honestly don't know who is posting the positive reviews because i have ordered from this company 3 times and every single time there were problems.

The latest order has a chest of drawers which had wrong size holes drilled into part of it, so actually it is impossible to assemble it. I have 2 complaints open with them, and despite both me and my interior designer chasing them, sending pictures and videos, nothing has been resolved and no feedback for weeks on end.
The same order had an outdoor sofa with a wrong size leg. Again, nothing has been done about this.

The furniture design is nice, however the quality is very poor and the customer service is terrible. Delivery is erratic and lengthy. We are still missing part of our order.

Go ahead and order if you want to get yourself a massive headache. I will never be ordering from this company again.

Kave Home is an absolute joke of a company.

I ordered a sofa and waited a while for delivery, only for the wrong sofa to arrive. After being made to wait ann unreasonable amount of time for a replacement, they somehow managed to deliver another incorrect sofa. It is genuinely difficult to understand how a company can make the same mistake twice on a single order.

To make matters even worse, I discovered that I had been charged more than €80 for a pillow that never even arrived. Between the incorrect deliveries, missing items, and unexplained charges, the entire experience felt chaotic and completely unprofessional.

From start to finish, this was a catalogue of mistakes. Poor communication, waiting, incorrect products, and a complete lack of attention to detail made it feel as though nobody involved cared about the customer or the order.

I would strongly recommend avoiding Kave Home and spending your money elsewhere. Based on my experience, this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, and easily the most frustrating furniture purchase I have ever made.

I would be very carful buying furniture, title quotes “oak veneer, wood veneer” when really it’s just plastic wood effect melamine that even at that arrives with little chips taken out of it in multiple places.
It’s ok furniture, but for the price you would expect a higher quality! It’s just flat pack furniture with a fancy website. It’s a pitty, I was excited for the pieces I ordered.

Very good items and good prices. I ordered a sofa with a long timing delivery and is was respected without any problem.
