Terrible Customer Service.

I was very satisfied with Kave - right upto the moment the truck arrived with our goods! The bed had been shipped with zero protection and having passed through at least 5 transport hubs was - not surprisingly - damaged!
Unfortunately that was only the beginning of my disappointment. Despite nice words and assurances from Kave staff the replacement promised almost a week ago is still not even dispatched!
Think very carefully before ordering from Kave - when things go wrong - and they will - they are all talk and no action!

Lack of Interest Once the Sale Is Made

The customer service is below any other professional furniture company I have worked with. Please beware of their lack of interest in customer relations, follow-up, and after-sales support. Communication was slow and unhelpful, and I often felt ignored once the purchase had been completed. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the quality or professionalism you would expect from a reputable furniture company.

Perfect….I bought NOLI parasol with base and outdoor rug TURLANE online. Everythibg is as I would wish. Trasport, the items with high quality. Level up.

Loyal Customer with a few suggestions

I have been ordering from Kave for about a year now, and the shopping experience is overall very good. I have been quite happy with the products; very nice design and the reality closely matches the photos. As my father always used to say...There is always room for improvement. Here, it is on the service and functionality of ordering side. International ordering can be a bit tricky. I travel back and forth between two countries--neither of which is Kave's home country--thus, often I am ordering from one country in preparation for arrival and set-up of a space in another country. So, better functionality in the Address Book section of accounts would be appreciated. Also, I'm not sure why the pre-tax product price jumped higher when I selected my shipping destination country, even though the products had already been showing in Euros and I was buying in Euros. Finally, more clear and perhaps more frequent post-order updates would be nice--especially when custom fabrics/orders are involved. But, I am understanding that international shipping is not easy. I appreciate you Kave Home & I'm looking forward to receiving my next orders : )

Easy purchasing procedure

The purchasing procedure was easy and clear.
The company invoicing details did not allow any other country for the company's residence than France......That should be allowed to be changed....

I purchased a sofa-bed almost a month…

I purchased a sofa-bed almost a month ago (on the 28th of April) and it was still being "prepared". I ended up cancelling my purchase simply because I don't know when I'd get delivered. Sad because they have nice things, but very unreliable service.

Zero if I could!
Don’t order for them if you don’t want to see your product or your money! They don’t have a phone number and the customer service takes for ever to reply without any solution to your problems.
They expect you spend £400 on items and not care if or when you are going to receive them!

It's a mess

Despite nice products, ordering and finding items is stressful. Prices change hugely, a chair I purchased is now double. Searches come up with products in different countries, stock seems to vary greatly from one territory to another. Items for the UK are not available or 'out of stock'. It's a mess. Customer support is a bit woeful too, my attempt to reach out to them was met with quite a blunt 'too bad'. All a bit of a shame.

Great home & living products and great service!

Really nice design and quality home & living products. Local staff in Gerona store were very professional & helpfull. Ordering process went very smooth and our 4 new garden chairs will be delivered soon to our home in The Netherlands! Looking forward to that!

Shipping is too expensive

Shipping is too expensive. Especially when I consider that I'm already expecting one order, which is still in preparation, so item I ordered after that one could be delivered together with first delivery. 10 EUR is too much for delivery

Ease of ordering first class.

Ease of ordering and full correspondence was excellent, the delivery charges are very reasonable and the selection of goods was first class, I highly recommend Kave Home and I hope to be ordering again in the future from them.

Good but slow delivery

Online was easy to use and all the dimensions for the chairs were available which is helpful - BUT the delivery time on your website is 5-10 days and when I ordered that shifted to 5-6 weeks.
