Good product with Exceptional customer service. Easy Up Gazebo was exactly as the name suggested - it was very easy to put up. Definitely possible by a single person. Looks good in the garden and will be used a lot during this current late summer sunshine.

Totally disappointed
Over the last couple of years we have bought 3 sets of garden furniture (corner sofa set, 6 seater table and chairs and the reclining sun loungers from the Katie Blake range. We have been delighted with them all. Great quality. We had no hesitation therefore in ordering the Aspen gazebo. We were lucky enough to buy it in the January sale and Katie Blake were happy to store it for us during the winter months which was great. We then had the gazebo delivered and with the garden makeover completed, all that was left was to install the gazebo BUT it was so badly damaged it had to be returned. Thankfully our landscapers didn’t charge us for their time that day as they had another job to go to. We arranged for a replacement to be sent and requested that it would be thoroughly checked before it was sent out. We were assured that checks were carried out……..
We booked the landscapers for the following Saturday for the gazebo installation. Yet again we couldn’t install it because parts were badly damaged. No way had this been quality checked. So we ended up with no gazebo that we wanted for a family party the next day, paying the landscapers for their time and then having to wait for the gazebo to be collected, which took over a week. I did say that I wouldn’t be able to help with the collection but only one man was sent. He struggled with carrying the gazebo on his own with the result that he dropped it and a number of parts fell out. He was fortunate that a builder working next offered to help him.We were offered a refund or a replacement when new stock arrives mid August. Katie Blake refused to pay for labour charges that we’d incurred or anything for the inconvenience. All could have been avoided if they’d carried out quality checks. In the end it was an easy decision to make, cancel the order and buy from another company. Very disappointed in the lack of quality and the fact that despite assurances the second gazebo had not been checked either.

We are extremely sorry that in this case we just didn't perform. I have checked at the warehouse and it seems that the person who was supposed to check the replacement didn't. I am very angry with the warehouse staff and heads will roll over this. Trust me it is very unusual we are proud of our customer service, which in this case was lacking.

Poor service
Bought a furniture set and a cushion was missing , local agent was involved from the next day . 2 weeks later and numerous phone calls I am now advised it will be sent today , arriving next week , local agent assured me it was being sent last week , good product , poor service

Hello Lindsay, i have made a thourgh investigation into what you say. You purchased the furniture from Silverwells and wehave replaced your cushion sendeing it directly to you avoiding you having to go to the store. We were informed about the missing cuhion on the 13th April and despatched it the next day. I think that's pretty good, 24 hours and in keeping with our excellent customer service. The time difference was down to where you bought the furniture not us, something we have no control over.

Excellent purchase
WE purchased 2 of these cushions from a garden centre about 5 years ago and they are still being used , so we decided to order another 2 of them from this company for 2 new chairs. The new cushions arrived within 48 hours of ordering . Very please with this order and will use this company again .
