Hi Derek, yes technology has moved on and this new cover is easier to use and provides a better level of protection even thought it's half the weight of our old ones.

Exemplary service
I phoned the sales department who were able to advise me on the size of cover I needed to order and recommended that I place the order on line so that my purchase was recorded for guarantee purposes. The order arrived two days later. This was exemplary service.

We bought the flamingo two recliners
We bought the flamingo two recliners , stools and side table . Very fast delivery . Very helpful on the phone . And beautiful furniture . We had a little problem with the first set delivered but it was very quickly put right . An absolute pleasure dealing with a very customers focused company . We also got a very good price at the end of the season . We would definitely purchase direct again .

Not as expectec
Hi I previously had a cover from this company but unfortunately it got damaged. The new cover I ordered from the website looked identical . When it arrived it was black instead of gray & also the quality of the cover was much thinner.

Ther new cover you have is thinner than the previous one but a lot better. it is made using more expensive fabric that is waterproof without the weight. The old one had a backing treatment to waterproof it but it was heavy and in cold weather would easily crack. Trust me this new cover will last a lot longer, shame you only give us 2 stars when in fact through technology we have provided a much better product.

Very good service they even sent me the larger size at no extra charge because the cover i had ordered could have been to small and delivery was excellent.
