Matt was very professional and personable. He was very knowledgeable in the product and how to explain it effectively to me. He also explained the ins and outs of the installation of the product. Every question I asked was met with precise answers relayed to me where I could understand. I feel you have a great asset to your company with this man

I am changing my original review because this company will not contact me after 2 phone calls and my cover is not working to keep leaves out of my pool which is why I got this cover. I’ve emailed as well. So disappointing to treat customers this way.

Matt did a great job installing the new pool cover and also showing me how to put it on and remove it. Excellent communication and people skills.

Matt was punctual, professional, and really took the time to help me be aware of how to operate the cover. He took extra time to make sure I was comfortable with the process and even walked me through a couple of scenarios. I would highly recommend him and Katchakid for the quality of work and service.

The crew that came out was very professional and explained in detail exactly what they were going to do. Matt came out today to install the pool cover and demonstrated the steps for installing and removing the pool cover. He even suggested that I record the steps on my cell phone in the event I needed it for assistance. Thanks for your work Matt.

Rogelio did a great job installing my fence. He discussed the placement with me prior and made sure I was happy with everything. The fence looks great and was reasonably priced.

Mike, Lavandis and Dakota were fantastic! Very professional and kind. Mike explained the set up and removal process clearly and had me demonstrate to ensure I understood. Oh, they also played some great music!

Also, working with Bob was a seamless experience. He returned my phone call quickly when I inquired and answered all of my questions.

Overall, great experience from start to finish! I highly recommend this team.

Rogelio did an excellent job installing our pool net. He was courteous, efficient and worked so hard to make sure it was installed correctly. He did a great job instructing us on how to use it before he left. I would highly recommend Katchakid as n option for pool safety.

Every step of the process went great . Was apprehensive on installation however the finish was beyond my expectations. My pool has two tiers and two side water features. Again very clean look and easy to take off and put in place . Great company ,well organized. Thanks

The entire process went smoothly. Products were as promised and the installers were prompt and professional. The removal of both nets was explained and demonstrated. I was also emailed a video demonstration of the removal process. I highly recommend this company.

Rogelio was AWESOME and spent a full 6 hours installing the net, going through how to use it, and answering all our questions. We are so pleased with how it turned out and so relieved to have an added layer of protection for our daughter as she starts walking soon. I am really impressed with the quality of the installation. Our pool is surrounded by bricks so we were nervous about drilling into the masonry but Rogelio did perfect work and the keyholes were placed perfectly in the cement grouting. Everything is flush and smooth. Thanks Rogelio!

Sales rep Mason was great. Very patient and took time to explain everything and give various options. Settled on the fence and our installer Carlos did a great job. He was very friendly and professional. Fence looks great.
