This bogus company is a sham. Take all your relevant information and then the verification process is like finding hens teeth. Without verifying you can't withdraw and some people have been asked for bank statements to withdraw funds. It's outrageous.
Customer Support might as well save their breath. Refuse to provide requested information to the customer and informs that there's no complaints department or procedure, very convenient.
