1st attempt declined as technical issues and took 2days. You then follow process again
2nd attempt exactly the same and another 2 days
I’m now on 3rd attempt and still pending checks, and got to wait until tomorrow for it to probably decline
Thank god I didn’t win big🙏

Initially won a little but took about 5 working days actually get the funds then about 400 loops jumped through after withdrawing a small amount of winnings was never up again whilst I totally understand the concept of gambling this didn't feed like a true gambling experience, genuinely feels rigged to get you on the hook then just takes. Would steer clear.

Finally got to the £100 mark, allowed me to withdraw. Approved the withdrawal, successfully verified everything needed. 4 days later, ah sorry no can do, put the money back in your account, try a different bank account. Technical difficulty... You know the spiel.
Tried a different bank Account.. withdrawal approved.. 2 days later, money back in my gaming account. Back and forward with customer service who were over the top polite and gracious (Hope you have a great day.. so grateful for your patience.. ANYTHING else we can do..)while doing nothing to rectify the situation. The whole thing is so disappointing and I feel like an absolute fool for trusting them.
