I am very sorry to hear about your problems with our delivery.
We always ensure that the vegetables are fresh when sent and in your case only 500g Karela of total 5kg vegetables got rotten (as you depicted in your images).
This was due to an unexpected delay in the delivery. For this our courier company compensated us which we forwardes to you.
So you got your money back within 1 day after complaint.
We will still use your feedback to improve our delivery systems.for the future.

I love your stuff.... They are really good. But I was wondering if you could also sell things like super cake, gogo, shahi meva. And biscuits like choco lava, rio, naan khatai, prince.
But mostly BRAVO and BISTICS!!!!!!!

Products were in ok condition. I think the package dropped was not in the best of packing. The box was damaged, package arrived in poor boxing.

Nicely packed and best prices
Everything was very good. I loved the packaging, and the items were nicely sealed to avoid any spilling. This was already my third parcel from them, and I will definitely order again in the future.
I was just hoping for a small complimentary item, like mint or coriander, as a little gift — that would have been a lovely touch.
