Not following the requested changes…

I clearly mentioned in my order to make some changes of the greetings in the cake but came the way it was showed in the list and the flower bouquet also different than what you showed in the cake bouquet combo. So disappointed about the service you offered today. As we are living overseas, we are truly trusting in your company service and i made few orders before also. But this incident ruined my entire experiences i had before

I am extremely disappointed with your service.

I ordered a cake for my brother’s birthday on the 24th, but now you are saying it will be delivered on the 25th due to delivery issues. A birthday cake delivered late is unacceptable.

If you had delivery problems, the 24th should not have been available for selection. Why allow customers to choose a date you cannot fulfill?

I am overseas and trusted your company for this special occasion. Your team is also not responding to my WhatsApp messages.

Offering a 3–5 day refund or another cake is not a proper solution. I selected a specific cake for a specific date.

This has been a very disappointing experience. I expect an immediate resolution.

I ordred a drawing book with kapruka…

I ordred a drawing book with kapruka coupen code,I thought it would be several days to deliver,beacause I live far away from Colombo,but within just 24hour it delivered.Delivery guy came by bus from Colombo for that small product and also give my book with great packaging and also their greeting card.Huge respect for kapruka service beacause they think about service quality over product price,size or profit,Huge respect to kapruka

Do not buy from Kapruka!

This was the 2nd time ordering from Kapruka and it was the worst experience out of all the previous experiences I have had with our businesses. I placed the order on 13th of Feb. It was a pickup order(from Java lounge at Barnes place on 14th of Feb)A flower bouquet for the valentine's day. I contacted Kapruka team via whatsapp to ask if they will be able to arrange pickup by at least 12pm. The agent said they are unable to guarantee a time and will deliver the order between 8am to 5pm. Like, what is even the point of giving flowers at the end of day??5pm??? I'm not even asking them to deliver them to my house. It's your place. They said it's because they go on route basis. Yeah it's a fair point but at least arrange a dedicated courier time slot for items like flowers and stuff like that at least. Other service providers has time slots to chose from. This is a huge weak point of Kapruka. And on 14th of Feb I was waiting for the message saying My order is ready for pickup. Last time I got it. I checked the app every 10mins. The last update was it was out for delivery at around 10am. After waiting for hours, at 2pm decided to visit java lounge to check. It was there. Like, what the hell?? If it has arrived, why didnt anyone confirm that? What happened to the message? Who's responsible for giving the updates? At 6pm I got a message saying my order was delivered. It was almost 4 hours after picking up the order. When I got the boquet it wasn't as described. I had nothing to do as the day was almost over. So I gave it to my gf. We both looked at the boquet to see whats wrong. After some time, we realized the boquet paper is wrapped the wrong side. Whole time, we have been looking at a big piece of leave branch. Not flowers.we rotated it and it was somewhat closer to the images on the website. As customers, We have placed a certain trust on Kapruka. These kind of experiences only damages it. Please try to improve your quality of service. Quality matters more than quantity.

Disappointing and Misleading Chocolate Box Replacement

I ordered a flower arrangement and a chocolate box for Valentine’s Day. The delivery process itself was handled well, and everything arrived on time. However, I am extremely disappointed with the chocolate box.

My girlfriend did not receive what I had ordered. Instead of the heart-shaped box with a variety of chocolates, she received only five KitKat chocolates on sticks. This was completely different from what was advertised and what I paid for. It felt misleading and very disappointing.

If you were unable to provide the original item, you should have informed me in advance. I would have preferred to cancel the order rather than have it replaced with something that looked cheap and nothing like what was promised. This experience really ruined the purpose of the gift and was very frustrating

Very disappointing and repeated bad…

Very disappointing and repeated bad experience.
My husband ordered a Valentine’s Day cake on 13th February because no one was home on the 14th for delivery. We planned to cut the cake at 12 midnight on the 13th over a WhatsApp video call. The cake that arrived was damaged and poorly handled (see photo).
After complaining, we were told a replacement would be delivered on 15th February. However, as of 5.30 PM on 15th February, the replacement still had not been delivered.
This is not the first time this has happened. Even the Diwali cake my husband sent on Diwali day was also delivered damaged. I did not complain at that time because it was Diwali and I did not want to ruin my husband’s happiness. We cut it together over the phone despite the condition of the cake.
Customer service keeps repeating the same information from their system without offering any real solution or accountability.
I have now requested a full refund. Two special occasions have been ruined because of your poor handling and unprofessional service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from here.
