The cake smelled moldy and the roses were wilted

I received the goods on 23rd April, between 10.30-11am and kept cake in the refrigerator and used it around 6.30pm. The cake smelled moldy and the roses were wilted. I’m really disappointed. I had a party and everyone who came couldn't eat it. i just wrote to them and send some pictures too. Still I didn’t get any favourable response. I tried to get in touch (24th April), but there was no response, so I sent a message. This is not my first experience. Service is horrible

They ruined my birthday surprise. Special instruction given to deliver in the morning. But delivered after 5.00 PM when she is not available at office. They have no commonsense to understand working hours of an office lady.

First order- Dilivery issues


I am writing to share my experience regarding the first order I placed with your service yesterday, intended for my mother’s birthday today.
While the delivery was made, I am very disappointed with how it was handled for several reasons:
Unfulfilled Video Service: I paid £7 specifically for a video of the delivery. I have not yet received this video. Since I was already on a video call with my mother during the delivery and saw the process myself.
Lack of Professionalism and Care: The delivery person initially handed over only one item, missing both the cake and the flowers. I had to ask my mother while on the phone if she received them; when she said "no," she had to call the driver back. He then realised there were "other bags" in his vehicle.
Suggestion for Improvement: We use your service because we live far away from our families and want to express our love through these gifts. Simply "handing over bags" takes away the magic of the surprise. I suggest your team be more creative and enthusiastic when delivering gifts.

Do not order anything from Kapruka

I placed my order on 12 April, and as of 21 April it still hadn’t been delivered. When I contacted customer service, I was told delivery would take 3–5 days, even though the website clearly indicated my order would arrive by 17 April.

I followed up several times through the hotline, but kept receiving the same response: “Sir, we will get back to you.” When I politely asked about the delay, I was told that if I no longer wanted the item, I could cancel it but a service charge would apply. I questioned why I should pay a service fee for an item I have not even received, and was told that this is their policy.

This is my second order with your company, and as of today (23 April 2026), I still have not received the item. This situation is completely unacceptable and gives the impression of a scam. If this matter is not resolved immediately with either delivery or a full refund without any charges, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint with the consumer affairs authority and will also share my experience across social media platforms.
