Still waiting after 2 months for my 2x…

Still waiting after 2 months for my 2x pairs of glasses. Communication is terrible and emails are automated. Requested a refund after the proposed delivery time expired but get automated email advising they have been sent. Will never purchase again and have already posted on social media all the screenshots of my Communication and response from Kanturo.

Glasses were damaged

Glasses were damaged. Advised replacement shipped 2 over months ago and nothing received. Requested refund instead and no response.

* In response to Kanturo’s reply - yes a tracking reference has now been received but this was only following me opening a case with PayPal requesting a refund! The replacement was sent 07/11 after I opened the case 05/11..

Not good

They came with a permanent smudge on the lense. I was told they would send over some new ones to replace them but a month went past and I never received them. I had to wait 2 months overall for them to finally give me a refund

Nice Glasses

Great glasses, looked awesome and felt awesome, only downside was that they were a bit too big for my face, make sure you take measurements before purchasing.

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE! NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I've ordered my pair of glasses two months ago and still have not recieved them. I knew there would be delays because of Covid but this is too much. I've sent over a dozen emails and tried to contact them several times and got no response. And seeing these reviews now I should've checked before trusting them blindly. Such a scam.

To be honest the glasses look kinda cheap and my view is blurry :/
I think I should have invest a little more money for higher quality.

Worst service

Worst service, I am still waiting for the order after 3 months. No response to my emails, uses a doggy delivery service in Sydney, AU.

Don't even get me started

Don't even get me started. Product came damaged and it was a lengthy process getting a refund. Seemes they don't care about their customer service as correspondence was about 30 emails long

These glasses are unreal

These glasses are unreal! I work in a job that I sit in front of a computer for 12 hours and before using Kanturo blue light blocking glasses I used to get awful headaches and ever since investing in these glasses, my headaches are non existent! Absolutely best blue light blocking glasses I’ve ever tried!

Fantastic glasses

Bought glasses after being offered 20%…

Bought glasses after being offered 20% discount. But it charged me full price anyways
I emailed just seconds after placing order because I wanted to cancel order.... coz of principal
Their communication is awful.
Wouldn't cancel order or even refund the discount that was promised.

I received a broken product - possibly scam company

I received a broken product. I sent emails with pictures as soon as I received them and Kanturo said they were shipping me new ones but it has been almost 5 months since then and I haven't received anything. I've sent follow up emails with no response. I'm thinking this company is a scam now.
