Reluctant to answer and send return address

So, I want to send back the products which were from Ali express and not Kanka Japan! I think I have sent cca 20 email in 3 days where I requested an address for sending back the cheap low quality overpriced shirts. They finally answered one email the only thing they forgot was the miserable address!! How difficult is it? Because they state you have 14 days return right ... Yes, if you know where to return (yes, the delivery is on you btw). God forbid these swindlers to got any others tricked.
