If i didnt speak to Aimee another member of the team would always be as helpful

made a simple enquiry as to my eligibility to get finance which came back as a yes but since inundated with cold calling from the 'sales' team as such i will be going elsewhere as i don't deal with cold callers that harass their potential customers stay away from kandoo and never give them your contact details the harassment isn't worth it

I was not told I needed a permission…
I was not told I needed a permission slip from the Iva company when I informed them also got messed about for two weeks final had a good advisor.
I sorted the permission slip on a Monday within next day found a van the next day told it was all granted and ready to pick up van on Saturday cos I ha e a van on hire. Yeah yeah yeah. To be told late on the Friday not till the following week.thursday. told from collection s we tell you when you pick up you van and when we can fit you in on our payroll system.

Absolutely Outstanding Service from Emmanuel – 20/10!
I honestly cannot praise Emmanuel enough for the incredible service and support he gave me throughout the whole process. From beginning to end, he went way above and beyond what I would normally expect from someone doing his job.
There were moments when dealing with the finance side became stressful and difficult, and I felt like I was being given a real headache, but Emmanuel remained patient, professional, supportive and genuinely determined to help me. He didn't just treat me like another customer or application — he treated me like a person.
What impressed me most was his empathy and genuine willingness to help. He listened, understood my situation, kept communicating with me openly and honestly, and did far more than I believe he was required to do to try to find a solution. Even when things became complicated, he didn't simply give up or say there was nothing more he could do. He kept trying and managed to help me get everything over the line.
You can tell when somebody is simply doing their job and when somebody genuinely cares about the person they're helping. Emmanuel genuinely cared. He was professional, approachable, reassuring, human and extremely helpful throughout.
I am incredibly grateful for everything he did for me. He turned what could have been a very stressful and disappointing experience into a positive one, and I am now very happy with the outcome and my new car.
If I could give Emmanuel more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. On a scale of 1–10, he is genuinely a 20! Without question, one of the best people I have ever dealt with when arranging car finance.
Kandoo Car Credit are very lucky to have him. Thank you so much, Emmanuel, for going that extra mile and for genuinely caring. Highly, highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Friendly staff and great service
Friendly representative, listened to my requests and budget requirements, was able to quickly find me a choice of several vehicles that I could choose from. When my choice was made they quickly secured the vehicle for me. Everything was clearly explained and I know all the details of my contract. Very, very happy with with the service I have received from Kandoo.
