Allowed Kamro to extend their offering as they had failed to secure a candidate to fit our criteria despite promises. Since then we had one applicant (which didn't fit our full criteria either) and this one had been out of work for 6+ months a didn't attend the telephone consultation. There were no other candidates. Complete waste of time and money. Contract ended

Dealt with a gentleman called max throughout my recruitment for my interview/job, max was very professional and was able to answer any questions or queries I had relatively quick which made the whole process very easy, highly recommend

We have worked with Kamro on two separate searches. The first, hit a rough patch but they were responsive to feedback and after changing the recruitment consultant were able to find a successful candidate. Sadly, that candidate was hired but was disruptive and left whilst in probation. We decided to work with Kamro again however this time our experience has been lacking in communication and on the whole unprofessional. We do not as a business appreciate vexatious reviews ourselves, therefore this review is left to be as fair as possible to future potential customers. After failing on the second search, Kamro were at pains to reiterate that they offer a 'service' based approach. However I note their own marketing copy on Trust pilot states :...results driven recruitment solution aimed at alleviating the time and stress of in-house recruiting..." Sadly, this was not our experience. In short we did not receive a professional service and the result of the search meant we did not see one candidate qualified for the role. I expect Kamro will retort that we were not offering a market competitive rate or were too restricted in our requirements which are categorically not true. We do wish Kamro the best in their endeavours, however with lack of results, their fee then becomes very expensive to simply post to a job board.

Whole process from start to finish was very smooth, Adam was a great help couldn’t be happier with how thing went, he went above and beyond wherever possible, thanks again!

We have been looking to recruit a commercial catering engineer for a very long time. Kamro offered us a solution that seemed to be just what we were looking for. Well, I have really hit a dud here..I don't usually pay upfront for a service I have not had but took a risk against my better judgement only to find that after 12 weeks I have had only one applicant who did not even fit the model I was looking for! I was looking for an office based worker. My contact (Ethan) was clearly out of his depth and I had to chase regularly for updates and am still waiting for Stuart to respond to me with my complaints after promising me he would look into it, and this was some time ago. Disgraceful and unprofessional service and a complete waste of time and money.
