Absolute junk. This is a Chinese company selling extremely cheap solar lights that dont come close to matching the social media pictures and videos. They are a scam company ripping off millions. Not sure why Instagram allows this company on their platform

The laterns I ordered looked nothing like the pictured product. They were quite expensive and what I received was tiny, did not have clear glass, and did not have thick rope. The company does not let you call, you can only email customer service. CS told me to ship the product back, so I did, and then said that I should keep the product and they would give me a 20% refund. I told them "no". I'm still arguing via email. This is a total SCAM. Do not buy from this company. It is a case of false advertising. Shipping took forever too. I feel totally duped. This company feels fraudulent.

Please do not fall for this scam! The lanterns are the size of a teacup. The video showing a man with two hands holding a lantern is false advertising. They are tiny! They do not show the size of the lanterns when you order and only offer you that information when you complain to customer service. Scammers!

Just like EVERYONE else, we received a miniature version of what they advertised on social media. We disputed the credit card charge and were rewarded with our money back from the credit card company. I would suggest you all do the same.

Terrible, the product is completely different to the product shown on their website - they make the lantern look large but when they arrive they are about 3-4 inches high!!! Completely misleading!!!

**BUYER BEWARE BAIT AND SWITCH! GARBAGE! When i opened box it was TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN ADVERTISED! Contacted them and they claimed “high quality”, etc and offered me 20% back! NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN FULL! Then they WILL NOT HONOR THIER OWN RETURN POLICY AND WANT ME TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The solar lantern outdoor light ad said 3-5 business days for delivery, it took 11.
The representation of the lamp was fraudulent: a woman holding a lamp as big as a bucket. The actual size was 5 inches tall. The price was outrageous, $69 for two.
Stay away!

This site is a rip off. False advertisement. Video adds depict a good size lantern. Upon arrival, all 4 I received (if together) appear to be the size of 1 in the video add. My bad for not doing more research. Ordered from Kaliqo site, looking again.... For product received, you can get them so much cheaper on Amazon. Disgusted... They are cute but price for product is not worth size of product received. Feel deceived.

Sad I did not read the reviews before impulsively ordering. Product is not as pictured. Very cheap materials, much smaller than advertised. Frosted plastic. If I saw this in a store I would not buy it! Scam!

My experience is exactly like everyone else. The pictures show much larger lanterns with clear glass, got very small, frosted plastic lanterns and it took about a month to get them. I should have known better also! I see that you can buy them on Walmart for much less. Lesson learned. The only positive is that they do work and have a very nice flame-like glow at night but way too much money for what I got.

These lamps are not made with clear plastic, it is frosted and of the quality you see in a dollar store garden lamp. This product did not take 2-5 days for delivery, I learned it was shipped from China and took about 3 weeks, The pictures on the website are extremely deceiving. Bottom Line do not buy this product for more than $2.50, it cost me more to ship it back than it was worth, I am awaiting my refund.

Wow😡 I am in an absolute state of shock over these solar lights. They make them look like they are a good 10” tall in the pictures. Imagine my shock when I opened this tiny box and find that they are not even quite 5.5” tall! What a sham! I don’t get got but I sure did on this! And of course I didn’t get them from Amazon. My bad and stupid! BEWARE, BEWARE! They will barely light a picnic table! You’re not going to use these in your landscaping or line your sidewalks that’s for sure. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF🤯🤬

I totally agree with all of the reviews given. Wish I would’ve looked at this before I bought them. Took a five weeks to receive and they are about the size of a coffee mug. They show on the advertisement, huge lanterns. They are tiny!

I contacted the company after I realized that we wouldn’t receive our product in the 2 to 5 days like it was specified in their advertisement. The tone of the email reply that we received, suggested that we were impatient. I promptly replied that we are not impatient. We just wanted to know the status of our order. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement.

One star only because there's no option for zero stars.

My experience is the same as everyone else's...got my two lanterns and they're barely the size of a coffee mug! Totally false advertising, as all the pictures they advertise show them in people's hands and that they are large lanterns that you could put on the ground next to chairs or something on your patio. These would fit on the daintiest of side tables >:(
Plus they took WEEKS to even arrive.
I really really should've known better. Lesson learned!

Company was completely deceitful regarding a video I watched several time on plastic lanterns they were selling. I paid over $200 for lanterns that were so cheaply made and looked nothing like the video. Additional they never sent me a bar code to scan the merchandise back to them by mail when their site says they do. Do not buy from this company. Total rip off. They said they processed my refund. Let’s wait and see

Worst experience ever !! Ordered lights that “looked” to be large outdoor lighting based on their photos as compared to people and rocks in their photos . Grossly misrepresented and fraudulent !!

I received tiny little 5” lights !

Then when I tried to get a refund , they kept trying to give me 20, then 40 and finally 50% and I was even within 30 day return window !

Cost me 10.00 to return but RUN !! Totally a typical Chinese scam !

I have photos but there is no way to upload . I eventually got my money back but only because I threatened to report them to the DA for consumer fraud, misrepresentation and false advertising .

Just received my 4 lanterns. They are miniature lanterns! In their advertisements they show a female carrying what looked to be a decent size lantern with a rope attached. I checked their website to look for size/dimensions and they didn’t show this. This should have been a warning. I ordered anyway and just received them and I’m totally disappointed. I think it’s false advertising. Don’t be fooled like I was.

This is the worse. I received 2 mini lanterns nothing like what is advertised ... it took forever and one is broke. they have not sent me a return label like it is advertised that all things are returnable and have avoided answering me in emails. There is no phone number to call just a email. It is awful and cheap do not trust them and do not buy from them.

It took 3 and a half weeks to receive these. When I opened the box they are significantly smaller then advertised. They look about 12 to 16 inches tall on the website but are about 6 inches. Not worth the price! Very deceiving, don't waste your money. My gut told me it was a scam, it is.
