Promo ads are deceptive. Showing lanterns bigger than what received. False advertising - lanterns are only 6" high. 4 packaging delivered measured a total of 11x10, not worth $140. When complained to company offered to refund after returning to China with shipping cost around $40. After looking online same product is available for $30-$40 with USB cord. Do not recommend ! ! ! !

The lights are the size of your hand. pictures are misleading. The flame light is not realistic as people cited. Poor plastic quality. They should be $5. They will not honor the return policy posted, instead, requiring it to be sent to china. Scam. stay away.

Total scam. The ad shows lanterns that look large but are actually so small that 4 of them fit in a shoe box. Total rip off.
Then they want you to pay shipping the return back to China.
Total joke. Don’t get scammed.

Complete scam!! The product shows a man knelling down to pick up and the lights look to be about 30m (excluding rope). The measurements describe it as 28cm on the product description page before purchasing. However, when they arrived they are tiny.

I complained and they are now saying the height is 25.5cm including the rope !!!! That doesn't match the picture with the man bending down to pick them up.

Also the website says that in most cases thy will cover returns costs, unless there is excessive abuse of the returns - yet when I emailed I have been told their policy is the customer pays the cost of the refund back to China.

DO NOT BUY from this website - it's completely mi-representation and mis-selling.

This is the biggest scam I have ever fallen for in my life. The advertisement is completely misleading!
Do NOT trust this company. Out of China and they are NOT responsive in helping and if you have a problem, they have no phone and their emails (support@ and team@) do not work.
Run away from this group as fast as you can!!

product is very small, perspex is frosted not clear as in all their photos. Size is so small compared to their product images. Very poor. It's a rip off.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Not sure who is writing the reviews for their websites, but misrepresentation of size and product is outrageous. These are 5.5 inches high and 4.5 inches wide. Hardly the size shown on social media and website. Plastic is frosted, not clear and flame effect is not at all what is pictured. Even on sale not worth the price. Looks like something from dollar general.

The product does not match the images shown in advertisements. The price makes sense for the size shown but not for these little lanterns they sent.

To bad there's not an option for 0 stars. Had I known that what I was getting for what I paid for, it never would have happened. Your "buy 2, get 2 free" offer is misleading. I ended up paying $200 (approx.) for 2 lanterns (so basically $100. each) to end up getting some cheap 5" high piece of plastic with a frosted glass. This is disgusting, and every time I see an ad for the "wonderful"lanterns, you can be sure I'm going to comment and make it known just how disappointing your customers will be to purchase.

False advertisement!!!! The lanterns are only 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" clearly not what they show and the lens is not clear and distorts whatever effect the company was going for. BUYER BEWARE.... Don't buy expecting large lanterns. Lesson learned.

I contacted Kaliqo regarding the solar lamps I recently received from my order placed through their Instagram promotion. Unfortunately, the items delivered were not as advertised:

The lamps are much smaller than what was shown in the promotional images.

They are made of frosted plastic instead of glass, as suggested online.

The overall quality is poor and does not match the product representation.

This is a clear case of false advertising and misrepresentation. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase, and I cannot accept the products in their current state.

If I could give this company a zero I would we received four of their silly ass lanterns nothing like was on the website and what they claim to be selling cheap junk. Two of them were broken. They do work, but they’re the scariest excuse of the solar lantern do not purchase.

If only I could give 0 stars!! I would.

False and deceptive advertising! They are a total scam. Don't waste your money.

The lanterns show a product 28 x 12 cm. But they deliver a tiny version that is only a fraction of that. In fact, it is shorter than an 20 oz Aquafina water bottle.

SCAM!!! I only received two very small white plastic lanterns that do not come on at night. They are tiny pieces of junk. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I contacted them to let them know that I did not receive all the items, and they that were not as described. I was told that I cannot return them, and that the measurements included the little rope used to hang them. I said I need 6 more as they were buy four and get four free. I was told that I didn't check the little box for the extras when I ordered them.... WHAT??? Total SCAM

Not even 1 star. Do not ever buy anything from this company in China. Complete ripoff. They show a picture then send a completely different item. Returning anything is a shit show. You will never get your money back and never get anything resembling what you think you ordered.

Pictures are very misleading, lights are nowhere near the size shown in the video and definitely not value for money. Don't waste your money!

This was a horrific experience. Customer service has been terrible to deal with. As others have indicated, the product is not what you've been led to believed you've purchased. These would be $10 on Temu - huge rip off and I've not received a refund despite many attempts.

This product is a complete scam as it looks like I could have bought them at the dollar store if that.
There is no glass it is plastic and the flickering lights are so fake! They did take weeks to get and when they were delivered by the driver who literally threw them on my porch.

The product does not look like the picture or video as advertised. The lanterns are not glass but cheap plastic and teeny tiny. They are also overpriced for the poor quality this product offers. Save your money. DO NOT BUY!

I would give it ZERO stars if that option was available. Please STAY AWAY from this FRUAD / SCAM. The images suggest a 12-14 inch high light when in fact it is closer to 3-1/2" tall. If you order direct from them, the situation is worse. They want you to ship back at your minimum cost via UPS of $150. Stay away from this cheap Chinese product.
