Says subscription deliveries are honest and straightforward so you don't have to worry about forgetting, they never do. Won't refund the order but offered to give in store credit for the 2 bags that are allowed 2 bags per year regardless, the store credit is only good for 2 or 3 days. They didn't apply the store credit to the order I made even though it said it was applied. Wouldn't cancel the order. Had to make yet another order that actually used the store credit. Overall awful stressful experience.

I thought I would start feeling better after drinking this drink and I felt nothing. You marketed that this shake would make a positive change in your life. Not happy at all

Honestly I have been using many different protein shakes and tried other meal replacement products over the years and I think I’ve finally found the best one for me. I love the taste and the texture but most of all the way I feel after I make it. A banana, a tablespoon of peanut butter, ice , cold water and 2 scoops makes the absolute perfect afternoon meal that just feels so good and satisfying. Good stuff. I’m going to subscribe and get it regularly. Oh, BTW I,m 75 years old and I golf 2x a week.

I just love this product. Daily w a handful of spinach and frozen banana. Or, I even add it to baked goods! I've been at it a few years.

Mistakes can happen and it’s all about how you handle the mistakes. Ka’Chava was top notch. First my order didn’t ship by some fluke, and they sent a new bag. Then, once it arrived, I realized I couldn't drink it because of an ingredient I cannot eat. They were very gracious and refunded the money.

I purchased the chocolate flavor but due to my reflux, I couldn’t drink it. I was given a store credit within minutes, it was so incredibly easy. Your customer support is amazing and your products are delicious. I am glad I chose to be a subscriber.

I've tried every plant based protein powder out there and this is hands down my FAVORITE!!! I researched, googled and tried them all - Ka'Chava kept coming up in my google searches for the best vegan/plant based option. I hesitated committing to an entire bag in case I didn't like it, that's happened to me too many times. However, I was able to buy a single serving pack at Whole Foods which I appreciate. I honestly wish I had tried it sooner and saved myself from lots of bad, grainy smoothies. Bonus: I received the box of assorted flavors free with my order and much to my surprise found that I really like some flavors I otherwise never would have tried, thank you!!! I LOVE my daily smoothie now, I look forward to having it. My husband even requests them now = win!

My first thought was that I would not like this product made with just water. My first try was with 12 ounces of water and I used an immersion blender to make sure it was well blended. I could drink that every day but knew I would prefer it in other ways. Second try was with some frozen banana, peanut butter and three ice cubes blended in my nutri bullet. That was absolutely wonderful so my plan is likely to at least blend it with ice and experiment with other additions without adding too many calories.
I was concerned about stomach upset and had absolutely none. I hated to share, but gave a serving to a friend and a serving to a relative.
I am looking forward to ordering my next flavor in the near future.

I tried Ka’chava from target first and fell in love with the chocolate. I love how rich and creamy it is. I initially bought it because I am breastfeeding and wanted to make sure my baby and I were getting all the nutrients we needed. I mix it with oat milk to help boost my milk output while making sure my nutrition is being looked after. I also like to add a scoop of strawberry and a scoop of chocolate, to make a chocolate covered strawberry, DELICIOUS! Highly recommend Ka’chava to all moms! I love the subscription delivery service so I can set it and never run out. Ordering easy and promo codes are everywhere.

The flavor is so much better than any one the market. The strawberry is like real strawberries not chemical like the other I have tried. Worth the price. I feel great !

I did not receive my order last month. I called customer service and gave them 2 addresses..first, to my post office box for USPS (which is how you have always shipped and secondly, my street address for ground, door to door. You reshipped my order and I didn’t receive it either. I love your product but something has happened with your shipping and I am not receiving my auto ships. Help! I ordered one bag of chai protein, and one bag of strawberry protein. When attempting to open both bags, the tabs ripped off. I cut off the top carefully above the bag, zipper, and upon opening, the zippers do not work. It appears there is a default with the bag manufacturing process, and one side of the zipper is not attached to the bag. Because of this, I have to use a rubber band around the bag to close it and it is not fully sealable.
