I did not receive my order last month. I called customer service and gave them 2 addresses..first, to my post office box for USPS (which is how you have always shipped and secondly, my street address for ground, door to door. You reshipped my order and I didn’t receive it either. I love your product but something has happened with your shipping and I am not receiving my auto ships. Help! I ordered one bag of chai protein, and one bag of strawberry protein. When attempting to open both bags, the tabs ripped off. I cut off the top carefully above the bag, zipper, and upon opening, the zippers do not work. It appears there is a default with the bag manufacturing process, and one side of the zipper is not attached to the bag. Because of this, I have to use a rubber band around the bag to close it and it is not fully sealable.

The protein tastes great love the flavors I have tested all of them and they all taste good. I am on a gpl 1 and this keeps me strong and feeling good

I love it! Lots of protein and lots of fiber to help aid in digestion and elimination.

I tried the vanilla and chai flavors. It didnt blend as well as I would have liked in my shaker bottle. Texture was grainy and didn't like how it sat in my throat after taking a drink. It is on the pricey side but has a lot of different nutrients.

I ran out of protein powder earlier than my subscription came. I ordered 2 large bags of K'chava, and then after I received them, I received a 3rd bag which must have been on the subscription . Now I have 3 bags and have discovered that going without the protein powder, I was feeling less sleepy. so now I have 3 bags and have suspended my use of it! I wish you had not sent the subscribed bag the same week I ordered 2.

Tried Ka’chava vanilla shakes after our usual product (Isagenix) changed their formulation. Could not get past the taste. Ended up not using it after two tries. We do protein shakes every morning. It looks like our old formulation from Isagenix is going to make a comeback. Sorry, but the flavor and texture was a no for us.

Like that you can blend with water and it tastes very good, (although I find myself adding ice and piece of frozen banana to thicken it a bit) However, it appears that all of the vitamins and adaptogens and goodies that are added are a bit too much for me, as I find it makes me dizzy after consuming on an empty stomach. I will not return the 2 packs that I purchased, but will cancel subscription, as doesn't seem to be for me.

Love your shakes, not a fan of the cinnamon French toast .. the maple flavor is so strong I have to add a whole tsp of cinnamon to each serving to tone it down. I will not be ordering this again. Should have stayed with vanilla so I can add the flavors I want

I’ve enjoyed my first order of Ka’Chava. I got the chocolate mint and the strawberry. They both taste very good and I don’t find that they are too chalky. I like the strawberry the most. I have also noted improvements in my digestion. I also have noted an increase in my mood and energy levels. I think it’s due to the nutritional components. Previously my diet was very poor.

I love combing the flavors. First with the coffe and chocolates and now the chocolate with salted caramel. Keep up the good work Ka Chava !

It tastes terrible and the texture is nothing to write home about. Certainly doesn't look like the concoctions shown in their advertisements. It definitely tastes healthy.

I have been drinking these for multiple years now. Have never had an issue with expired products as I use them daily. Love the flavor selection. Does it make me feel better or give me energy boost? I don't know, I'm old, a widower and alone so most days I feel like crap anyway but these are convenient meal options for me. Annual blood tests at my Dr and everything is always balanced and fine within acceptable variances so they must be helping me. I think? Hope? Meh, hope is for the young.....anyway imo not a bad product although the free shipping does take a LOT longer than 3 to 5 days as it states but I order a month in advance before I run out of product so it works out. Expensive? Yes, But what else am I supposed to spend money on....(I think there are people who want my money anyway so I will spend it before they get it). Anyway, this was fun, I don't get to talk to people much so sorry for unloading here.

Horrible shipping experience, especially paying nearly 15% of the total product cost. Never received it within the window promised. Customer service denied any refund for shipping or any accommodation or recognition. For the cost, the time the product has been sitting in the hot summer freight, I'd never order from this company again. Just an awful experience all around. I'll review the product when, and if, I ever get it.

My order never got delivered and the customer service rep was extremely rude. They refused to provide a refund or replacement and I had to file a fraud claim with my credit card to get my money back. This company will unapologetically rip you off.

I have been subscribing Ka'chava for the last 2 years and am a big fan. The shakes are tasty and well balanced. I have recommended these to one of my vegan friends since it is made of Pea Protein instead of Whey. Overall, a great quality product and an excellent company.

BUYER BEWARE! Check expiration dates, ordered and out of the Five Flavor bundle 3 bags expired exactly 3 months after purchase!!! When I called they did nothing..said that I should have consumed them in the 3 month period? What?? I think they are getting rid of expired bags tot he consumer and then don't compensate you. They offer to give you points? Now why would I give you more money and risk getting another expired bag? DO NOT PURCHASE!

The taste is terrible. Why was sugar added? It makes the taste even worse.
