Very bad Customer Support
Very bad Customer Support, just sloppy AI Answers without ever wanting to understand the Customer.
Not to mention the original Problem, i bought an Account, it said its guaranteed to come with the means to change the Passwort, but the E-Mail Provider to change the Steam-Accounts Password is known to put Malware on your device, spy on you and is generally unsafe. I cant even Access it in Germany, its literally BLOCKED from my ISP and other ISPs. But- no response, no response when asking for different E-Mail Provider, no response regarding the following warranty claim, never again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE my cousin ordered a rewarble gift card form as i dont like using my personal card when paying for things on certain sites and normaly i buy these from eneba or kinguin using a guest account withoout any problem but i saw this site and it had good deals so i decided to try it out and they ended up putting extra items in my cart without me putting them there after that my cousin payed for the order and put my order on hold ( even though a payment was made ) because they wanted me to make an account which avoided ( due to spam emails and calls ) after making the account they still had my oder on hold because they info on my cousins paypal did not match my user name . they then asked for my cousins id and i dont understand why they would need such info wen i make purchase all the time on eneba etc without putting all that info in ..... JUST RUINED MY DAY

I purchased a few different L4D style…
I purchased a few different L4D style Co-op games equal to $75.90 and have my purchase held over "suspicion of reselling"
To be clear, it isn't duplicates, just a handful games that were cheap. I have 0 intention of selling anything.
I have messaged customer service multiple times requesting the games I purchased, or a refund. I was instructed "I'll need to fill out more information if I wish to complete my purchase" (The payment was already complete)
I responded that payment has already gone through, and I expect the games I paid for, or a full refund. Still waiting 24 later. Will be performing a Charge-back shortly.
