Disgraceful support - Sells faulty trials and blames the customer
bought a Spotify key that doesn't work even on a brand-new account. Support (Hubert and Mike) is useless: they refuse to refund a defective product and even suggested I contact Spotify support for a key THEY sold me. This is a scammy behavior. They sell "free" promotional trials and hide behind T&Cs when they don't work. Opening a dispute with my bank right now. Avoid at all costs!

After looking cd key and not working, didnt get a refund.
Very terrible. Couldn't get a refund due to seeing keys but they didnt work for me in my end. I even bought a vip k4g and it doesn't help much. Should have a system for vip, that should be allowed to get a full refund even they saw the cd key that doesnt work at all. There was evidence of showing cd key not accepting and still in a category that they told me, no refund after showing proof. Ridiculous and it was my first time purchasing this site. Very disappointing.
