Had 4 new tyres fitted ( pre- booked and paid for online). Great prices, quick efficient service. I’ve used them before and would definitely recommend.

Two new tyres fitted, and all wheel alignment attempted (successfully for front wheels), but unfortunately rear adjustment cams/bolts corroded and unmovable, so advised to leave alone, or face hefty expense to get them cut out. Advised that rear misalignment was not significant enough to warrant major work

Great price, next day on ordering my specific tyres. Fitted by experienced fitters. First class. I will use them again. Booking a slot also meant I did not have to wait long for all 4 tyres to be replaced. Excellent!

I had a blowout on the Friday, went online Straight away and booked tyres for Monday afternoon. I’d always been loyal to just tires as they had previously done me well.

On this occasion, I had an email three hours before the fitting to tell me they couldn’t get my tires and would I like summer tires? As we are now moving into winter, I thought that was a duff question!
I was then told they couldn’t fit the tires until Wednesday afternoon. Unfortunately, I had business trip on Tuesday and had specifically booked them for Monday to enable me to carry out my business trip

When I mention this on the email I was told there was nothing they could do and would I like a refund? When I told him this wasn’t good enough as I booked with them to enable me to have my work trip it just seemed like they didn’t care, this is all I could do have a refund or have them done on Wednesday?
As a customer who has bought my friends and family to their business, I thought this was poor, not even an offer of discount to keep my business with the future, just an Oh well!

I won’t be going back and I’m now taking my business elsewhere

From the time we arrived for 4 new tyres to be fitted to our car, to when the job was completed, we were shown customer service at it's best. The two gentlemen are masters at the specific details of the task.

Tyres fitted at booked time by friendly staff.
I changed booked fitting time a few days before over the phone and it was easy and straightforwards to do.
Also, tyre bolts tightened to correct torque.

Beat everywhere else on price when buying online, booked a time slot, no queuing

Was driving down the M4 when 1 of the tyres lost pressure due to the valve splitting , the tyre pressure warning system was letting me know how much pressure was in the tyre and it was dropping rapidly, managed to get into Newbury and found JUST TYRES , they were extremely helpful and put a new valve in and we were on our way . I can’t thank them enough as Bathwick did not won’t to help . 1st class service from Just Tyres .
