Above and beyond service
The guys at the Luton Windmill Lane branch were very helpful. The service I received went above and beyond, when they replaced all four tyres on the company van. The manager was pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. I will definitely bring my vehicles here when they next require tyres.

Poor Customer Service and Misleading…
Poor Customer Service and Misleading Warranty
The customer service is terrible, and the warranty is completely useless, they won’t honour it or help in any way.
I visited the Luton centre, which was empty, yet they still refused to assist me.
Avoid this company and buy directly from the main supplier to save yourself the hassle.

No Communication
Booked on Wednesday for Saturday fitting of 2 tyres, turned up and tyres hadn’t arrived and there was no communication from either Head Office or branch. Wasted time traveling and called customer service who said they were issuing a refund (had no communication that has been put through) now have to wait for the money to come through to go and get somewhere else.
This all would have been easily dealt with simple email, call or text message.

Lack of staff
Turned up at 9am for my 9.30 appointment but garage only had one member of staff so told wouldn't have car back til around 11am which was no good to me as booked my appointment as had plans for later that day. Had to pay bit extra to get tyre fitted across the road at discount tyres which took them about 15mins with no appointment

Overpriced - I cannot recommend
Sounded pleasant and helpful, but charged £50 more for 2 budget tyres than I can get elsewhere. They are welcome to quote what they like, but, with my daughter in hospital and with my running errands for someone housebound, I was rushed and stressed. I feel like a sucker and won't be back. I cannot recommend them. Happy Christmas.

Long Wait Times
Luton Just Tyres, Had car booked in for 10am, fitted 2 tyres, job complete 11:15, fair price small outfit, long wait times, if your booking book for early in day.
No tv and No coffee machine, Unwelcome waiting room
Would I go back, probably not due to how long it took to fit 2 tyres.
Check you leave with your locking wheel nut.
Check tyre pressure before driving off, mine should be 32psi they put 40 psi in each tyre.
