Replacing 4 tires Luton
Replacing 4 tires. After the first ride, I heard a knocking sound coming from one tire. I thought it would go away because they were new. It didn't, so I checked what was wrong with that tire. It turned out the knocking tire was 2 years old, and the other 3 were new. I'm looking at the tire, it's slightly deformed, and when I'm driving, at 25 mph it starts knocking, it's not touching the road evenly, and the tread is wearing unevenly, like bumps, and the wheel is slipping when I start moving. I called to say there's a problem. Please come and check it out. Luton - I'm going, and the employee calls the office first and only then checks the tire. The decision was already made in the office before he even looked at the tire. He tells me he can't see anything. They sold a deformed tire from the warehouse that had been sitting for two years and was deformed. Always check before mounting DOT DARE production. If it's old, it may be deformed. Don't mount it. I don't recommend this company.

A great experience from start to finish.
On arrival I was made welcome by the staff and assured that the work would be completed on time, which it was... All 4 tyres were replaced, balanced and fitted to my car quicker than expected and I was on my way in no time! .... My whole experience was super positive, the guys were friendly and informative and I would have no hesitation in recommending JustTyres, which I already have!

Great service
My appointment was at 1500hrs for four tyres to be fitted. I was seen before that time slot. The Service agent , was friendly and answered my questions to my satisfaction. All tyres fitted and warranty explained.
The only problem was with printing the receipt. The printer was not working. I asked for the receipt to be e-mailed which was never received despite two further requests , so a second journey back to the unit two days later to collect a printed receipt was necessary.

Decent price and friendly staff.
May benefit from learning how to take bolts off tyres without the locking wheel nut. Offered a friends service to pay to get it off.
Ours was broken which meant two couldn’t be removed and wanted it done that day, not to contact a third party to arrange removal.
Fortunately, a tyre centre two mins away were able to get the other ones off for us and only charged a tenner.
Missing a trick not offering this service themselves as we’d probably use the ones that helped us next time.
Overall very good but a one stop shop be better.

Rude and unprofessional guy at the reception. I've been going to this place for a few years but won't be coming again. You are literally losing business as I saw a few people came and left as no one even greeted them and they waited for like 5 mins and left.
