The two staff at Chesham were friendly and efficient. I was also impressed with the COVID secure procedures which were in place. Great service as usual.

Absolutely Horrendous
I decided to give this place another chance after a horrible experience last time out. I was hopeful when I saw two new faces in there but that quickly changed when I realised how rude and arrogant the manager was, he has absolutely no people skills and does not know how to speak to anyone. Not only was he rude to me, but also the guy helping him.m, on top of that he smelt of cannabis
Safe to say I will not be back again.
AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs.

I ordered and paid for 4 tyres online…
I ordered and paid for 4 tyres online was charged for wheel balancing and tracking as an extra when it was meant to be included in the offer. Was called the next day to say the tyres I ordered they couldn’t get and said they had a different brand but they would cost more. Agreed to pay more.
3 days later turned up at the appointed time to have them fitted to be greeted with a gruff message from a member of the fitting team who when I said I just driven for half an hour to get here replied “I drive that everyday to get here” no apology or anything. Got a call about an hour later to say the tyres had arrived. Despite all signs saying what their COVID rules were neither of them wore masks or sanitised their hands. Then said I need to pay another £50 odd pounds when, I had agreed with their head office staff it was approximately £34. Ended up paying another £42.
Having used them 3 or 4 times before I wouldn’t bother again.
Previous staff who worked there were much better

I am sorry that the tyres you ordered were not available initially, this is not our normal level of service and I apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result. We have spoken to the staff involved and also checked our CCTV and from all that we can see, our teams are wearing masks during any customer interactions in the reception/waiting areas of the centre. I am sorry that your experience was not as expected on this occasion and apologise, we really hope that you will return to give us another opportunity to restore your faith in our service. The team here really know their tyres…
The team here really know their tyres ... this sounds like it should be so but I called all the local tyre shops and the team at just tyres knew more , were more helpful and were able to offer me the widest selection of tyres . I felt that they weee listening to me and not just selling me their tyre of the month . I would go to them for their service me expertise any day and not use the other “ so called “ experts . Use the real ones at just tyres

Very helpful and trustworthy, I had been told that I needed new tyres and tracking by another garage, but I was told by Colin that I didn't, I will definitely use this tyre shop when I do need to replace my tyres, so refreshing to know there still honest people in business.
